“Mary's birthday bash” The villa was super for my 60th birthday bash with sisters and friend. The location was perfect and felt secure for woman on there own. Was just 2 min from beach and many restaurants - would thoroughly recommend 5th Avenue - nothing posh but the food was quality.

“A real holiday home close to Corralejo” We really enjoyed our time in this villa. We were very happy that we have choosen this place over some resort type homes. It is closer to local life and it is a really nice neighborhood. We also recommend a rental car even though the place is close to Corralejo, but it makes exploring the island so much easier. If you prefer not to rent an car there is still the bus (2€) or cab (7-8€) to get into town. The Villa is a great place and everything is new and clean. Also the contact and support of Gerry and his local facility manager are outstanding and made this a relaxing holiday even though we had some troube with the main door lock. All got sorted immediatly and we've been taken care of all the time. This is what really makes the difference... Many Thanks to Gerry for providing the base for a great holiday.

“Absolutely Brilliant” Travelled with my wife, kids (20 and 17) and mother in law. We wanted a leisurely break to recharge the batteries and this was the perfect place to do that. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bedrooms are large and well furnished, the kitchen is quite modern and the living room is a lovely spacious area that has everything you need. The real selling point though is the outside. The pool is just perfect and catches the sun all day with a nice gentle breeze down both sides of the villa to keep you cool. There are 4 comfy sun beds with 4 more on the roof terrace for larger parties and there is a large BBQ and a nice shaded eating area with a large table and chairs. You will ideally need a car to get around as the villa is located out of town but the very welcome bonus of that is the peace and quiet. If you don't have a car then it is no huge problem as there is a path that leads down to a small selection of bars and restaurants (15 mins walk) and there is a taxi rank there if you wish to go into town. Taxis are about £3. There is also a new supermarket that is walkable too. Finally all the dealings we had with the owners and Trevor, who manages the property for them, were first rate. All were very helpful, provided loads of advice and were a pleasure to deal with. We will be returning.
