“Luxury and Privacy in Nusa Dua” This is the third time we’ve used FlipKey to stay at a private appartment at the Novotel. In this case it’s a downstairs one with outdoor garden & pool. Huge benefit in the heat to just get back from wherever you’ve been, and swim. The apartment is very large. Very clean. As it’s privately owned you have little extras that make life easier. Like drinking water in the kitchen. Or finding vegemite in the cupboard Novotel is a great location. While not beach front, a shuttle runs there every 15 min. There are shops and massages directly outside the back gate. There are restaurants 5 min walk away. Looking at other resorts in Nusa Dua they can be a little isolated. Big thanks to our host for our late checkout.

“Outstanding!!!” From the moment we entered the villa and saw the infinity pool on the cliff top overlooking the Indian Ocean (which truly takes your breath away), we knew we'd made a great choice! My husband and I have been lucky enough to stay in some great places before and the KK3 villa service and standards are up there with the best. We had 6 adults and 4 kids stay at the villa &!there was plenty to keep the kids occupied, while the adults relaxed by the pool; from playing in the pool with the inflatable toys, the play station, board games, jigsaw puzzles and heaps of movies. Nyoman and his staff are amazing! They cook, clean, do your laundry, bring you drinks, so you really don't have to lift a finger. You really do feel like royalty! If you do want to leave the villa, you also have a personal driver who will take you wherever. The driver is fantastic and even waited the whole day outside waterbom park (10am-4pm) so that he could be there as soon as we left! We also organised a babysitter one night and went out for dinner and he waited for us there too and really didn't seem to mind what time we finished. Nyoman gave us some great recommendations of where to go and what to do in the area and always made us feel very welcome and looked after. He also arranged massages and facials in the villa which was devine! All of the food there was great and they made sure they used filtered water even for cooking poached eggs so you don't have to worry. If I had to mention a downside, maybe the location. There isn't really much around where the villa is but then that was good for me as it meant that I could truly relax and there was no shopping distractions!

“Rest and relaxation...Lemongrass Villa is it!” Thankyou so much for all that you have organised for us during our stay at Lemongrass Villa. We had such a great time and really appreciated Elles attention with her Indonesian cooking and her attention to cleanliness. We loved the Villa and could tell that it is well loved and cared for. We had a massage a day for 3 days running with Yani at Wisma's...sooo goood! We also attended the beach restaurant Kendi Kuning for dinner on one of our nights, the fresh seafood was delicious and Patu collected us from the villa and transferred us back, great service. If peace and tranquillity in a genuine Balinese village is what you are looking for then Lemongrass villa is your perfect little sanctuary. Kerry thankyou once again for all that you did to make our stay awesome and for all your recommendations! We love Bali!!
