“Amazing Stay” Could not recommend this place enough, leaving a review on behalf of my father in law Philip Kirk who booked. 10/10 -close to the parks, easy drive and lovely location. Made some amazing memories here with our family, plenty of room, clean , comfortable, outside facilities where fabulous too. We hope to come back in 2022 with my side of the family! x

“Fantastic Villa in Perfect Location” Jan2013 Just returned from week over the Jan 2013 new year period. Wonderful house! The house was the most complete vacation home I have ever stayed in - meaning there was nothing I wanted and didn't have; from cooking supplies, furnishings, I pod player, games, books, linens and towels, etc. The home was very well maintained and the decor was comfortable and stylish. We paid slightly more ($100 per week) than we have paid for other homes in the past, but it was money very well spent. In life you get what you pay for, and the small extra we paid was well worth the 5 star facilities both at the villa and the resort. The whole family loved the private pool and spa, and the view over the lake was amazing, and at night-time it was fabulous to hear the wildlife across the lake. Most nights we had a BBQ and it was so nice to have the options of gas (convenience)or charcoal (for a better taste). On the day before we left we put all our clothes in the villa washing machine, then the dryer. It was great to think we would not be arriving home with lots of washing to do. The Lake Berkley community the home was located in was very well maintained and the park, lakes, tennis/basketball courts, gym were all in excellent condition. With the 24/7 gated entrance we felt very safe and secure. The location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants, WalMart, and shops close by and very easy to get to the theme parks. Would highly recommend this home and we will book this vill again for our stay later in 2013. That will be the first time we have stayed twice in the same villa, so I guess that says everything. And finally a big thank you to Stephen the owner for all his help with booking and theme park information.

“A great vacation with Family in a great home.” House was well appointed and very clean. Great location near Disney world and you could see the fire works. Every one enjoyed the pool and the relaxing time spent at this house. I would go back to this house again.

“Excellent Villa!!” When we first entered the villa we were very pleasantly surprised, it was much nicer than the pictures on the site portray, the pictures certainly do not do it justice. The villa is spacious with all modern conveniences at your disposal and was very clean. Radha was very helpful and responded to all queries in a very timely manner. The surrounding area was quiet and relaxing, especially if you have spent the day at the busy and crowded theme park! I highly recommended this villa without hesitation and I will definitely book it again on our next visit to Florida.

“My Favorite Vacation Spot” I have been coming to this Villa since 2008 and never disappointed how beautiful and relaxing it really is. It is so close to everything yet so peaceful. “Our home away from home!” This condo is just as described. The property is very clean and well managed. My family of 11 stayed at this residence and had plenty of space to move around. If you're planning on cooking your meals there is sufficient tableware and dishes to make this happen. Our group cooked most of our meals to cut down on the cost of buying food. Everyone enjoyed the community pool and spa which was just a few feet away from the Condo. All of the Disney theme parks were minutes away, so you definitely won't get lost if you're not familiar with the area. The owner is very professional and prompt in responding to needs and refunding the deposit. We did use the management company once since we were there. Although our concern was addressed, it could have been handled in a more timely manner. I must emphasize that we were offered free international calls which was very beneficial as we are from the Caribbean. We were able to call home without the headache of being charged. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and it definitely felt like our home away from home.

“This home helped make some incredible memories!” I had a large group I needed to accommodate for, so this was the main reason I chose this house. What a complete delight it was! It has more than enough space for a group of 12. I wasn't sure how often we'd use the pool, due to going to the various amusement parks, but it turned out to be a great relaxation spot for kids & adults! It is a very private location which was nice. It is an easy drive to all Orlando attractions. The rooms were all nicely furnished, & the beds were so comfy that a few of us took pictures of the mattress brand so that we can find one to buy! The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil/container you could imagine you'd need, & came in handy for "taco night" the first night we were there. I really cannot think of any negative comment to write about our stay. The owner was very pleasant, & quick to reply to any queries I had before our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental home to others, & will definitely stay here again when in Florida!

“Fabulous!” We loved our stay in Simba's pride. We had always stayed in hotels before this, so we did not know what to expect. When we walked in, he condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was so nice to come back from Disney with my family to enjoy three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful large living room, rather two cramped hotel rooms. (And it was cheaper too!) Frank's detailed notes gave us everything we needed to make our stay complete. We used one of his suggestions to buy cheaper tickets at Walmart and avoid the ticket lines at Disney. The location was great- only 10-15 minutes to the big attractions. It was also nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher at our disposal. They were convenient and very easy to use. My teenage girls loved the free wifi and tennis court, the extra rooms to spread out away from their parents, and my son loved the pool. Frank and Lenore have converted our family. No more hotels! We would definitely stay there again.

“Best place to stay and deal” I am not one to usually write reviews but I wanted to take a few moments to tell you how awesome of a time staying at this house. From securing the rental to the time of our stay the owners were helpful in replying to emails and assisting with our Orlando trip. The home itself has the perfect layout and was wry impressed with the amount of room and personal touches. My dog also loved the area and I felt secure walking around the neighborhood at night. This is my go to place on my next trip to Orlando. Thanks again for a great visit!
