“Great Location and Wonderful Gite” We stayed here in April with 2 families each with 2 children, the location is good for short day trips to Limoges and Bordueax as well as surrounding areas such as Brantome and Pie-gut. The Gite is spotless and well presented with 4 bedrooms each having its on ensuite which is very handy for large family groups. Downstairs was a large kitchen and dining area which leads onto an outdoor patio if you want to eat outside. There is a large sitting area with TV ect and a shared laundry from memory. All the rooms are upstairs and the stairway is on the steep side so it would not be suited to very old people who may have difficulty walking up stairs. The hosts were wonderful and will cook a wonderful meal for you should you not wish to cook and they were very helpful even offering us a replacement mobile phone when mine died on the holiday! In the nearby town you will find a full size supermarket, petrol station, car wash, chemist and some other restaurants however there are also many other towns scattered around. The area is rural and quiet and is a good base for exploring the nearby area. Chris and Gail have a lovely Gite and spotless we would love to visit again if we get the chance.
