Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Beautiful apartment, wonderful stay!” We stayed here for a few days in January. The apartment was beautiful, everything we needed and more! Great location on a quiet street, walking distance to the town of Westport. Would definitely return!
“Brilliant accommodation for the whole family” 8 adults and 2 children stayed here last week. Ages ranged from 4 months to 72 and it catered well for everyone. A beautifully laid out home , well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. Beds were all very comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided. Anne Marie was extremely helpful with any questions we had. It was a great base to take day trips to Ballina and the beautiful Enniscrone Beach. Highly recommended !!
“Fabulous house in a fantastic location.” 9 people stayed in this house without feeling cramped. It is a very spacious and extremely well equipped house. The location is marvellous with a 5 minute walk into Louisburgh main street, and the beach (which could almost be secluded). I would highly recommend Donna's house to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful part of Ireland.
