The TVs were mistakenly locked away in a store room by the cleaners. A part refund for same is being processed.
The central heating is controlled by standard switches. It was not set on timer in advance as the guest stayed in August, during a warm spell. The guest text to enquire about the heating controls and then text to say it was sorted.
