“Ok” Overall it was fine..checkout was at 11 and at 10 cleaners knocked on door and then preceded to sit in driveway waiting for us to leave. There was no dish soap or soap in bathrooms which would have been nice.

“Great Location, Nice House, Fantastic Facilities” I stayed at this house in august 2012 with my wife 3 children ages 6, 8, & 10 and my mum and dad so 7 people in total. We'd visited Orlando 3 years ago so knew what to expect. Location The house is located very well, close enough to Disney aorund 5 miles away, Universal around 12 miles away and good shopping outlets a 10 min drive away. Within walking distcance are several restuaurants, a supermarket and some local bars. House Spacious house excatly as stated in the advert, clean and well kept an ideal base for exploring, the house has the added bennefit of a communal pool area which is a 2 minute walk away, their you have a big pool and slide as well as a lazy river area to relax in. Also a bar and on site restaurant. The house has the added bennefit of TV's in most rooms and also wireless internet connectivity which is free to use, as well as your own parking sopace right outside the front door. From a security perpspective this is a gated complex and upon arrival you are issued with you own barrier pass for your vehicle to come and go as you please. Could not fault the accomodation, the location etc.. everything was as stated in the advert. Thanks to the owenrs for a great stay and I will be returing. Regards Mark

“Family holiday” We were a party of 6 which included 4 siblings from 12 to 22 yrs. The Villa was beautiful and met everyone’s needs. It was really spacious clean and well equipped with the most comfortable settee I have ever had the pleasure to sit on ! There was a dining table for 8 and plenty of outdoor furniture too. It was beautifully clean with plenty of towels for our use and a washer and dryer. The communal pool area was great and the complex is set in beautiful grounds. We would definitely return and will recommend to family and friends. Caroline was quick to respond to queries.

“Wonderful - Don't Pass This One Up!” We had a wonderful time during our vacation to Disney World. Laurasvillas at the Regal Palms was so close to the Parks and Medieval Times. We couldn't have done better if we tried. The accommodations were fantastic. The price was so reasonable it made for a five star vacation on a volkswagon family budget. The townhome was everything we hoped it would be and more. Clean, roomy, (can you imagine - everyone had their own room, bed and bath) all very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen had everything. Dining room was pre-set and large enough to accomodate the entire family. Living room was comfortable and had a flat screen tv. We even had a washer and dryer. It was just like home... didn't want to leave so soon - next time I hope to stay longer. The pool was terrific. My grandson and I woke before it officially opened and staff let us in anyway. We had the crazy slide and lazy river all to ourselves for a good hour. Great fun. "The whole townhome was sooo cool that my grandson nearly fainted!!" (he told me to write that). Thanks For The Memories! We'll never be happy with a hotel again!
