“We loved our week at Jacksonvilla!” My family and I really enjoyed our week at Jacksonvilla. Our teenagers loved the private pool and the community centre next door with all its sports facilities. My wife and I loved the space (we were six people but the house is set up to sleep and cater for up to twelve) and the proximity to shops, restaurants etc. It's also an easy half hour drive to all the Orlando attractions. The owners (Mr & Mrs Jackson) use the house themselves - and you can tell - it's very well appointed and cared for. We'll certainly be back again !

“Exceeded our expectations” We were very pleased with our stay. This house had everything we needed and was clean and neat on arrival. The lake was an added bonus for the grand children and the game room kept them occupied when we were not at the parks. This was our first experience renting and house and I will definitely rent this one next time I need to go to the Orlando area. It was convenient to the parks and dinning and shopping. “Spring break fun” We decided to take our 5 year old to Disney world for spring break and wanted to bring our dogs along, as well. We were so happy with our decision to stay at Sleepy Hollow. The home was beautiful - spotless, huge, great neighborhood, great location, everything we could have asked for!! Sarah and Ken were so helpful before our trip with information about where to get tickets, directions, etc. they also provided a wonderful basket of necessities at the home, and had great information books for what to do, see, where to eat, directions, anything and everything you could need!

“Home away from home...” I know most of us take vacations to kinda get away from it all but when you have little troops vacationing with you there has to be some kind of a home feel even when it's not. This vacation rental had all of the amenities we needed. The place was set up so nicely that we didn't want to move anything. The days that we didn't spend at the parks were fun filled right at the clubhouse. There was a beautiful pool there with a jacuzzi set privately behind the pool. The distance from the resort to Disney World was short and pleasant. The splash pool was a real winner for the kids. They gave true definition to the word splash. Parking was right at the front door of unit. Beautiful stainless steel appliances. My wife, my kids and I all had an amazing time. If you are from the working class this is the way to vacation. Timeshares are a waste if you only get two or three weeks of vacation time a year. I recommend booking your week with Brandie Ricciardi now. She is a great person to deal with. I have spoken to her several times and she always sounded happy to speak with me about any questions I had. Thank you Brandie.

“Fun time in Florida” We rented a house during the holiday season to see the MSU game at the Capital Bowl. We rented a wonderful house. It was perfect for our family. Close to the bowl activities, Universal Studios, restaurants and Magic Kingdom, but far away to get away from the traffic and crowds! The house was clean, the pool was nice, it is in a nice community too. Near orchards it smelled nice too.

“Special Week in a Special Home Away From Home-Sorry to Have to Leave!” Alas, we had to leave Fantasy Land! Had a delightful week in Orlando and Serendipty was a great headquarters for our family (Grandparents, Two Sons and their Wives, Three Grandchildren. After reading other reviews, looking at pictures, and holding discussions with owners; we knew we wanted to stay in this vacation rental. The owners are very sincere in trying to provide great customer service, great accommodations, and help at anytime. We had an incredibly nice stay in Orlando. With our grandchildren at different ages (2, 11, 17) we sometimes went in different directions, but we all managed to spend quality time together and build precious memories. Starting with the owners short cut to the Magic Kingdom on Monday, we visited Epcot, Universal, Magic Kingdom, and Sea World. Big kids in big rides, baby enjoying baby rides and splash pads wherever possible. The two-year old even met Mary Poppins! He loves loves the movie (managing 15 minutes at a time) and knows the songs. We have some sweet pictures of Finley and Mary. We so enjoyed cooling off in the pool. What a great break! Everything in the cottage was very nice and comfortable. The washer and dryer were very much appreciated. We very much appreciated the nice welcome pack of goodies! Coffee, milk, eggs, wine, bread, and more! Such a nice gesture! Graham was so helpful in checking us in and answering questions throughout the week. He was very professional and accommodating. We also enjoyed a morning at Celebration. One of our couples enjoyed dinner at Columbia one evening and they found the neighborhood nice, plus they had a splash pad, which the toddler enjoyed so much! He ran around the fountain spouts and enjoyed the cool water and fun. He also burned some energy! We changed his clothes, then enjoyed browsing in shops and had a nice lunch. Some of your guests may enjoy it when they are not doing theme parks. To sum it up, it was great! We would welcome another visit to this wonderful home! We will always treasure our memories and our many pictures to help spur memories. Excellent communications before, during, and after stay. Owners made things so easy for us. They care about their guests.

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else??
