“Fabulous Villa in Playa Blanca” We have just spent a week in this lovely villa. There were 7 of us over 3 generations, grandparents, parents and young adults and there was ample room for everyone. The villa had everything we needed including satellite tv to watch the Ashes on and air conditioning in the main body of the villa and main bedroom with fans in other rooms. On arrival Val was there to meet us and explain how everything works and there was a lovely welcome pack in the fridge. The pool was perfect and there were plenty of shady areas to sit outside. We hired a 7 seater car as it is rather a long hot walk to shops and the beach. We enjoyed a perfect relaxing week at this lovely villa and highly recommend it.

“Look no further, this is the best.” This apartment is great. It is very spacious and has just about everything you could possibly want. There is a fantastic newly fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer to keep all your ice cream in! Bathroom has a large walk-in shower and there is also a small easy to use washing machine which was very useful. The bedroom was large with plenty of drawers etc. The only minor complaint was that there was no top sheets on the beds. There were duvets but it was too hot to use them so we just used the duvet covers. Both the bedroom and the living room have access to the ginormous balcony with superb sea views.It is twice the size of most of the others in the complex and has a table and chairs, two recliner chairs and two sunbeds. Brilliant. The location is ideal. 5 minute walk to Puerto Colon harbour, 5 minutes to La Pinta beach and 5 minutes to San Eugenio Commercial Centre.The greatest endorsement I can give this apartment is that we had only been here a couple of days when I contacted the owner to book up for two weeks next summer.

“Perfect bungalow” My wife and I stayed in this bungalow for a week in September and would highly recommend it. The property is situated right beside the Biosfera Commercial Centre so it is incredibly close to all the shops and restaurants there including a Spar supermarket, you literally just need to cross the road and you are there. A couple of minutes walk down the road and you have numerous restaurants, bars, more shops and supermarkets in the old town. The restaurants down by the harbour here are definitely worth a visit. The bungalow is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. The double bed has a memory foam mattress and is extremely comfortable. There is air conditioning and additional fans which were a relief at times as the weather was so lovely and warm during our visit. Most of our time was spent out in the terrace, either enjoying a drink at the sheltered table area or using the sun loungers (also cushioned for comfort) to top up our tans! A special mention is also needed for the hostess Alessandra. She made every single part of the booking process simple and free from worry, providing detailed instructions before we travelled and always responding quickly to any email or text message enquiries I had. She rang us as soon as we arrived to make sure everything was as it should be and then paid us a short visit during our stay which was lovely as it gave us a chance to meet her and her partner properly! If you are planning on travelling to Puerto Del Carmen then you should really look no further than this bungalow, right in the middle of everything yet super quiet and peaceful setting at the same time. Perfect.

“Great location with fab outdoor space” We had ten days here and it is the best location. Close to the prom for the hour walk into town or 2 miute walk to the bus stop. Fabulous location and choice for restaurants, bars and mini markets. The villa was well equipped and the host was very attentive, helpful and accommodating. My only small gripe would be we didn't get a welcome package, not sure if there was supposed to be but it is the normal. Even a bottle of water would have been nice.

“Lovely apartment” We have been visiting El Cotillo for ten years and this is the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in! Mark and Jackie are welcoming and attentive hosts who have thought of everything (and more!)to ensure the comfort of their guests. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen which was a real bonus. We really appreciated how spotlessly clean & well maintained the apartment is. The roof terrace is a lovely - a delightful place to relax and enjoy the sun in comfort. There are lots of excellent restaurants in the village and the fabulous lagoon beaches are only a short distance away. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Serena and hope to return again. Would highly recommend.

“Villa Sara” Amazing Villa could not fault anything. Wonderful pool area and our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the pool and pool table available. Lovely quiet location but with easy access to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants. Will be booking again!!

“Peace, quiet and only a 15 minute walk to Playa Blanca” The accomodation lives up to what it said it would be, lovely location just far enough away from the main area so that it feels like you are in a different place Can’t fault the location, the accomodation or what was offered and what we bought Good communication from the host for handover also at time of entry and also some nice notes about the property and the area on site also, all enjoyed the pool and the satellite television Great break in a great location in a great spot
