“Fabulous clean house, with beautiful view!k” So happy we chose this place to stay. I wasn't sure at first because it wasn't within walking distance of Georgetown. But Charlie has a car for each villa to rent at a reasonable price. The villa is cute, spacious and super clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, so it made it easy to make breakfast or lunch and dine out every night. Charlie picked us up at the Airport and showed us the town and let us buy groceries before taking us to the villa. I was so happy when we drove up and saw the place. The view was unbelievable! From inside the house or on the patio, views of beautiful blue clear water just steps away! So much to do on the island or just relax on the deck. This really is the perfect place to stay! And Charlie is the best host, suggesting restaurants or an excursion to take. I would definitely rent from him again! Thanks Charlie!!

“A birthday to remember” We stayed at this resort for 3 wonderful days. The views were breathtaking and the accommodations were super. The resort staff was very friendly and quick to respond in taking care of anything we may have needed. The pool, water toys, bikes and other fun amenities were all available and great to enjoy. Although there is only a kitchenette in the unit we stayed in, we managed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on the outside grills. The beach-side Teasers Tiki bar had really good food. We did not try the restaurant but was told by other guests that the food wasn't that great. There is plenty of fresh fish to buy at the marina when the fishing boats go out which seems to be an everyday event in good weather. Staying on the west end was super relaxing and a must if you really feel the need to get away from all the fast paced life events and just CHILL :-) A special note to Steve Kohn, who owned our unit...Thank you for a great birthday in the Bahamas; you were always available whenever I needed to contact you both before and during our trip. I will be back for sure!

“Fantastic Island, fantastic place to stay!” The cottage is crisp, clean and cool with with tall ceilings...George was very helpful from the beginning and made sure we had all we needed to have a great time and experience the island. There was always someone available if we had questions or needed to know more about the island. The island is quiet and we had a wonderful time exploring all the different parts of the island. As a family we really like to explore and see places that are off the beaten path and not touristy...This place is perfect for that. So many neat spots we found on the island were crowded with only the 4 of us...peaceful and relaxing. Our favorites things were...Dean's Blue Hole, Fishing from shore, Walking the beach in front of the Cottage at dawn, crystal blue water, the quiet and amazing sunsets in front of cottage..fresh conch...great food. Overall it was a wonderful trips... definitely recommend it!

“Perfect Getaway at the Kokomo” We rented the Kokomo Beach House in Casuarino Point for 9 days and was so totally impressed with the place that we felt like we were at home...everything you could possibly need or want was at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and the view from the front porch is priceless. We spent endless days and nights sitting on the porch enjoying a cocktail or two and just enjoying the view. The beach is a gorgeous white sand beach with turquoise waters to swim, paddle or boat on...walks on the beach in the early morning to the point to watch the sunrise were peaceful and beautiful...sunsets were watched right from our porch or out in front of the place on the beach...you get the best of both worlds from this location. Marsh Harbour is about 15 miles away, but this gives you the opportunity to pick up groceries, etc. while you are in town and enjoy grilling and making your meals back at the house. A very much needed fun relaxing trip was had by the 4 of us and highly recommend the renting of the Kokomo Beach House or one of Kathy's other 3 houses on Casuarino Point!

“Amazing” My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at two dunes. We were so pleased with all the accommodations. We swam almost every day, showered outside daily, Cooked some fresh fish from the local fisherman Catch and just fell in love with everything. While driving around the island, we begin to appreciate more and more our accommodations. Every time we came home after being out and about, we were just full of smiles Laughing to each other saying I can't believe were staying here. Rachel and will provided excellent directions, excellent beaches to go, And even gave us a tip on car rentals. The house was clean, Linens and towels were provided as described, There was spices and plenty of pots and pans for cooking. We brought much of our own dried goods and are super glad that we did, saved us $$! The Home was easy to get to and there was a lot of communication between Us as travelers and Rachel making sure that everything was as we needed it to be. The people of the island... Leave me speechless. They are the most kind, most sincere, and most genuine people I have ever met. The whole island of Eleuthera is simply breathtaking. If I could own a piece of this property I would in a heartbeat. The only thing I would change about this trip is to stay longer the next time we come! My husband and I most definitely will be back to the island of Eleuthera. If you are looking for privacy,isolation and unheard of beauty you have found the spot. There truly was one day we saw one man walking on the beach. One night we saw cruise ship far off in the distance and one day we saw a boat come near the reef to do some diving. Other than that we were very private! There was even a night there was a full moon that rose over the ocean. It was the most surreal thing I've seen.
