“Clean and Modern - Am booking this again for our next Stay in au” We came up for a concert at Mt Smart (otherside of the bridge completely!). We chose allegro because of the modern look and it looked relatively easy to find... It turned out it just a few minutes to get to the bridge, Milford and Takapuna are only 5 mins drive with Browns Bay etc the same in the opposite direction. Really happy with the location and really really happy with the cleanliness and modern feel of the place. Also loved the private little courtyard to have our morning coffee and sit and chat. Would highly recommend to all

“Perfect family holiday” We have stayed at Buchanan Lodge two times and absolutely loved it. Both times we had two families staying and it was ideal as the Lodge is so large and well appointed. The views are amazing, the Lake out one side of the house and the mountains out the other. We loved our days in the sun playing cricket, soccer and rugby on the huge lawn out the front followed by a swim, kayak, fishing off the rocks and picnic at the beach and then a hot spa. A magical place for a wine on a beanbag followed by a BBQ. On the odd colder night we all bundled onto the comfy sofas in the living room with an open fire. Our perfect family holiday. We will be back soon!

“Bel Lago - perfect base for one of the world's best resorts” First adventure, then adrenalin, now Queenstown is world resort for everyone - Kip Brook, Word of Mouth Media NZ What a different a decade makes. Ten years ago, Queenstown in New Zealand, was the adventure capital of the world, only to become became the adrenalin-junkies’ capital of the world. Today, the world-award winning alpine village with billion dollar views is the resort for everyone. A shop window t-shirt summed up Queenstown to a tee: Eat, Drink, Snowboard, Recover! Queenstown has it all from vertigo biking, bungy jumping and G force paragliding to leisurely bush walks, the best golf courses, wine trails, and idyllic romantic lake cruises on the near 100 year old steamer SS Earnslaw. Jet boating began here 50 years and bungy jumping was invented here. There’s a distinctive buzz about the streets with so many young people on an adrenalin-high. Conde Nast Traveller magazine readers picked Queenstown as the third best destination in the Pacific Rim behind Sydney and Melbourne – but without the big city traffic and clutter. I just had to go there in summer and see for myself. I booked into Bel Lago luxury villa, which was the best choice for several reasons: It had stunning panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and amphitheatres of snow-capped mountains – such a majestic and romantic mix – and it had masses peaceful space to set up camp. My villa oozed luxury, with well-appointed fittings thoughout. I felt totally relaxed. My villa hostess, Carmel Mills of Relax It’s Done, made me feel at home with her warmth and energy. I never wanted to leave, but Queenstown’s attractions beckoned. As the sun slumped on my first lazy day, I soaked in the hot-tub sipping a chilled Rimu Grove chardonnay wine. I had to agree with all the Conde Nast readers from all over the world why Queenstown is one of the best destinations on the planet as I looked at the rosey coloured snow-capped peaks and glistening lake. “Golf heaven -even for non golfers” The house is amazing - so comfortable and easy to relax. I'm not a golfer so I planned to go exploring the area. Trouble was, I was too happy just beingin this beautiful house, great wifi, fabulous views, a kitchen with all mod cons...I didn't even use the bikes that are provided. The golfers adored this very special course and we can't wait to go back.

“Romance in the mountains” The house is beautiful, extremely well kept and you couldn't ask for anything more whilst staying there. It's so cosy and inviting you feel like you're staying with a very wealthy aunt (but she isn't there). We have stayed a couple of times now and love being able to walk to the Deli for lunch and then Silks for dinner.

“Very comfortable & relaxing” We spent 3 wonderful days at Kepler Mountain View Cottage made possible by our hosts Ray & Jessie. Jessie had orgnised our trips to Milford & Doutful Sounds before we arrived which was very helpful. On our arrival Ray came with a basket of goodies for breakfast great selection. The cottage was spacious & well equipped, would like a light near TV for night but other than that bed very comfortable, close to all we wanted to do. Thanks Ray & Jessie we highly reccommend this as a place to come too. Geoff & Mary
