We are sorry that our guests were not completely happy with their stay. The dreadful weather here in the Dordogne this spring has not helped holidaymakers in general to make the most of their stay!
To clarify the wifi issue raised in regards of internet : we never allowed us to tell you don't need to use wifi !! we had came twice to check internet and see it was working fine : we just explained that the wifi was working well for checking email and "normal" surf on internet. but indeed there is not enough signal for 3 teen agers who wished to uploads videos online at the same time.
However we do really regret you have not enjoyed your stay and our services

The owners are glad this party appreciated "the beauty of the place and grounds" - and that they found the owners charming. They regret that the wifi could not be made to work in the gîte due to the thickness of the ancient walls. However, they did invite the party to use their facilities in the big house and did everything they could to make their stay as pleasant as possible. They appreciate that it was a troubled time for these visitors.
