Newly refurbished cosy 3 room apartment. The unit is just opposite Bayview Beach & Hard Rock Hotel. Restaurants, night market, taxi stand, convenience stores, bus stop, tour agent, massage & hair salon are just right outside the apartment compound. The beach is just across the road. Night markets all along the main road.

This is a family owned cosy apartment with 3 rooms big enough to accommodate 6 pax. The unit is fully furnished with air conditioning in every bedroom. There are also ceiling fans in every room in case you like it natural. The breeze coming from the balcony is fresh and cooling especially at night. Most of our guests don't even need to use the aircon.

The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. You will have access to a gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, pots, cooking utensils, cutleries, cups & dining ware. A fridge keeps your drinks and food cold and fresh.

The main bedroom comes with a queensize bed with attached bathroom. The 2nd room is equipped with a two single beds with a cupboard. 3rd room comes with a single bed and a sofabed. All beds come with fresh bedsheets, pillows and fresh towels.

The swimming pool is available for use daily at ground floor. There are toilets and changing room next to the pool. Kindly dry yourself before entering the lift.

24 hours security

If you are driving, there will be a charge of RM10 per day for parking charged by the apartment management. The fee will be collected by the security guard.

If you have children with you, please ensure they do not go out to the balcony for safety reasons. Also keep your eyes on them at all times if you decide to let then swim at the pool below.

No pets allowed in the apartment. This is the management rules for all residents in this apartment.

HOUSE RULES

This is a family owned home and we hope you will treat it like your own home. Cleanliness is of top priority. Please return the unit in the order you received it.

Please switch off unused electrical appliances when you leave the unit. If you make a big mess or break/lost any items, the damage would be deducted from your deposit.

No smoking in the house. Smoking only allowed at the balcony.

No Pets. No Shoes in the house. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.

The apartment had just been renovated. I think we're like the first few to rent it as I can smell the fridge is still very new. Overall very satisfied and please with the place and also the price… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
