At the top of the hill of Chrisi Akti,5 km. from the centre of Chania 800m. from the seaside and near the national road,lies this traditional and of exceptional architecture "sunhill villa"
It is a three level structure (basement-main floor-first floor).Rising above the road its balconies offer a unique and panoramic view of the surrounding coastline area.
For rent are the two levels of this superb villa. The basement is used by the owner and is used as storage space.
Sunhill Villa is 200 sq.m and can accommodate 8 persons.
Wood and stone are the prevailing materials of this structure and it combines the view of the sea and the White Mountains of Chania. Ideal for families,friends,children as well as couples.
Entering the entrance gate wreathed with maron trunks,there is a relaxation area surrounded by a variety of trees and flowers. The exterior is built from stone exclusive to the surrounding area. Ascending the stone steps a shade of greenery and lilac offers cool breezes throughout the summer. At this area there is a BBQ area with tables and benches as well as two hammocks for relaxation. As you proceed towards the entrance there is a variety of aromatic plants and trees and a beautiful lemon tree awaits you at the entrance. There is one more smaller patio on your rihgt surrounded again by trees and flowers. Further away there is a shower area for your convenience. The environment of our house will surely endow you nostalgic eras.

As you enter the main house there is an open-space living room, a fireplace,a dining room and a kitchen. The western balcony of this space has a view the sea as well as the White Mountains. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. The whole house is tiled with old fashion orange-yellow marble creating a sense of warmth and cosiness. The floors and ceilings are made of cypress trunks,materials which embrace you with the sense of nature.
A staircase leads to the second floor. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on this level. One double-bed bedroom with an eastern balcony,another bedroom with a north-western balcony with a view of the sea and yet another bedroom with two single beds with a balcony with view of the sea. Last but not least,there is also a cosy loft (bedroom) with an eastern balcony with a view of the sea.
All the bedrooms are fully-equipped,as are the bathrooms (with sinks and bidets).
The garage is next to the entrance of the main house with access to the road and automatic locks.

Nea Kidonia is a seaside resort area surrounded by 12.5 km of beautiful beaches which are awarded with blue flags every year.
Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Stalos and Chrisi Akti are the most popular beaches of this area.
Agioi Apostoloi lie on 600 acres of land and sea including a recreational park area which during the summer months accommodates a variety of athletic and cultural activities.
The island of Thodorou which can be seen throughout this coastline area,has been declared as an eco-protected area. It is a shelter for rare fauna-flora species. It is also a shelter for the kri-kri (cretan-goat) only found in Chania-Crete.
