Madame, Monsieur, Nous sommes assez surpris de votre commentaire concernant la location que vous avez loué. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne nous avez en aucun cas informé des déconvenues que vous énonciez ici. Nous faisons en sorte de satisfaire tous nos clients en leur trouvant toujours une solution aux problèmes rencontrés. En effet nous apportons un soin tout particulier à la propreté et au confort de celle-ci. 1/ Il est noté dans l'annonce que le gîte se situe à 20 min d'Amiens et non dans le centre-ville de celui-ci. 2/ Le matelas est neuf (2 ans) et est équipé d'un surmatelas grand confort. 3/ Espace de rangement : Vous disposez dans la chambre d'un dressing avec un côté penderie agrémenté de suffisamment de cintres et de 4 étagères dont une avec un casier avec oreillers supplémentaires) et également d'une malle en osier. 4/ objets inutiles ? J'aimerai avoir votre liste de ceux-ci. Ces objets correspondent aux critères demandés pour le 4 étoiles. 5/ Gîte pas très propre : le gîte est nettoyé entre chaque location, le linge de maison, toilette et lit est changé entre chaque location. Nous sommes à la campagne, il se peut que nos amies à 8 pattes reviennent faire leur toile malgré tout le soin que nous apportons à les chasser. 5/ La Wifi, certes peut connaître quelques soucis mais dans ce cas, il suffisait de nous prévenir et nous aurions trouver une solution pour que vous puissiez avoir une connexion Internet. Or lorsque l'on vous a interrogé sur ce sujet vous nous aviez dit que la connexion fonctionnait.... Et oui vous êtes à la campagne mais vous êtes quand même dans un village civilisé avec l'eau courante, l'électricité et des personnes qui font vivre ce village ! Merci de nous respecter. 6/ Le salon est certes petit mais il accueille deux grands fauteuils et ce qu'il faut pour vous détendre : TV avec DVD, chaine hi-fi, bibliothèque complète avec des ouvrages sur la région, jeux de société. 7/ Sombre dîtes vous ? Le gîte est équipé d'une grande baie vitrée exposée plein sud ! Il nous est difficile de faire plus lumineux je pense. Dans la salle de bains vous avez un plafonnier et une lampe au dessus du miroir qui permettent un éclairage suffisant. La cuisine est équipée d'un plafonnier, le salon de deux lampes murales, la chambre de deux lampes de chevet et d'un plafonnier. Les ampoules étaient présentes lors de la remise des clefs et l'éclairage en parfait état de fonctionnement. Dans le cas contraire, pourquoi ne pas nous en avoir fait part pour que les ampoules soit disant manquantes , soit remises ? 8/ Nous aimons les animaux et avons 4 chats et un chien. Nous acceptons avec plaisir les animaux de nos hôtes. Nous sommes désolés du dérangement occasionné par notre chienne qui venait juste vous saluer le matin ou le soir. Votre commentaire est bien injuste et déforme la qualité que nous mettons en oeuvre à recevoir nos hôtes. Nous ne pouvons tolérer ce genre de commentaire et tenons donc à reprendre point par point les éléments que vous nous reprocher. La location ne vous a pas plût, c'est un fait. Elle n'était pas appropriée à ce que vous recherchiez. Nous ne pouvons vous conseillez de penser à réserver dans une (grande) ville civilisée, avec une bonne connexion Internet (la 4G voir la 5 c'est plus rapide) la prochaine fois, et peut-être trouverez vous un palace ( avec beaucoup de rangements).

Why can't I call DEBAY (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DEBAY (the owner) a message.

If DEBAY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
