Situated in a quiet residential block this apartment is on the first floor and is suitable for a couple .There are 2 single beds in the bedroom .Both rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning and there is also a free-standing fan all rooms have heating,FREE WIFI.There is a satellite TV which receives BBC And ITV and other British programmes also Spanish , and a DVD player. The flat is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is sufficient crockery etc. for 4 persons and plenty of pots and utensils. There is also a sun brolly and 2 chairs which you can take to the beach and a gas heater for winter. We are only about 5 minutes walk from a supermarket and the sea front at the port where you will find plenty of restaurants and café/bars, the harbour with fishing boats and a marina. Another few minutes walk takes you to the port beach which is a shingle/pebble beach and is very sheltered. It slopes down quite quickly when in the sea so is ideal for swimming. The Arenal is about 1.4 km away and has a long sandy beach, with very shallow water so ideal for young children.

If the rental is for more than 1 week additional cleaning can be arranged at a cost of £40 per time (includes bedding and towel change and flat cleaning)
