From the owner

We live on a 3 acre organic coffee farm where we also grow organic vegetables and raise chickens, tilapia, and ducks. We are up picturesque El Salto Rd., a 6 minute drive to town or 30 minute hike downhill and we are on the road to the famous Baru Volcano. We are surrounded by lush beauty and incredible views. We used to live in San Diego surrounded by avocados and we were looking for something similar and more exotic and fell in love with Boquete. We designed and built our home and have lived in it since Dec. 2008. One of our artist friend and interior decorator helped us design and decorate the apartment. Now the apartment is available for vacation rentals and shamanic retreats. This is a perfect place to connect with Mother Earth and get grounded. There are a lot of activities in town and most guests choose to hang around here for most of the time enjoying the peaceful and beautiful space and surroundings.

We have solar power, 2 sources of water, washer and dryer in the apartment.

If you are a dog lover you will appreciate our home as we have 4 lovely and well behaved furry friends.

If you enjoy organic food we will be able to help to share some veggies and eggs from our bountiful harvest. We also have the sweetest oranges growing about 9 months of the year starting in June.

We have included a Vitamix blender for your convenience.

There is an easel and some art supplies. Yoga DVDs and mats. Large flat screen TV and DVD player with a large selection of movies and TV series. Free Internet access.

There is a terrace with outdoor furniture ideal for eating your morning meals or relaxing from your daily activities.

Why can't I call Nevia (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nevia (the owner) a message.

If Nevia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
