A 300 m du centre-ville et de la plage. Pièce principale 25 m² avec grand canapé-lit en cuir de 190 x 160 cm avec sommier à lattes et matelas à mémoire de forme (nouveauté 2021). Dégagement 4 m² avec lits superposés 190 x 90 cm avec matelas à mémoire de forme. Cuisine toute équipée, réfrigérateur américain, lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro-ondes grill, gril four avec rôtisserie et air pulsé, grill-pain, plaques vitrocéramiques, machine Nespresso, blender, plancha électrique. Séjour avec TV connectée 46 pouces avec caméra (Skype) et clavier sans fils, chaine hifi bluetooth avec lecteur CD/DVD, accès internet (wifi et ethernet). Salle de bains 5,90 m² avec grande douche à l'italienne, sèche serviette, pèse personne et sèche cheveux. - Terrasse vue mer de 9m2 avec grande table, 4 fauteuils et 2 transats - Guide à disposition avec description de toutes les activités aux alentours. - Place de parking extérieur gratuite pour visiteurs dans la résidence.     How do damage deposits work?
