Wen'sCozy 118 Holiday Home is a self-manage studio apartment which is built on top of the 4-storey Island Plaza mall. It is located centrally within 15 minute drive to Batu Feringghi Beach and Heritage Georgetown. 5 minute drive to Gurney Drive and 40 minute drive to Penang International airport. Easy access to the public transport, as the bus stop or taxi stand just right in front of the mall entrance. Public bus routes are every 10 to 15 minutes.

Wen'sCozy 118 Holiday Home is in the centre of Tanjung Bungah town. There are variety of food choices, from high end international cuisine to local hawker delights, such as korean BBQ, Japanese restaurant, Coffee Bean, Burger King,hawkers food and etc, all within 5 minutes walking distance. If you wish to self-cater, there is Cold Storage on-site sells a wide range of quality fresh food.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send HN (the owner) a message.

If HN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
