Condo Tortuga Riendo (Smiling Turtle) is a superbly decorated two bedroom condo in the Nick Price Residences. This contemporary condo offers walk-in closets and private bathrooms in both bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed while the other has 1 queen bed and 1 full-size pull out trundle bed. The large terrace offers cozy and comfortable seating, and outdoor dining area with golf course and clubhouse views. A common roof deck includes a plunge pool with private sunning area, lounge chairs and sun beds. The clubhouse pool offers shaded lounge chairs and full size pool suitable for lap swimming with a separate shallow area for children or sunning.

The Nick Price Residences are part of the prestigious Grand Coral development in Playa del Carmen. Expect the upscale amenities typical of a high-end development and the convenience of a Nick Price designed tournament level golf course in your back yard. This is a championship golf course with interesting hole layouts and use of water- it is long but fair with very true greens, and kept in pristine condition. In addition to the pro shop, the clubhouse also offers a fitness center, dressing rooms, swimming pool, spa, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, snack bar and beverage service. All of these facilities are available to renters.

The beach and beach club are only 2 blocks away and guests at Tortuga Riendo have free access to the Grand Coral Beach Club. Enjoy over 1/2 mile of white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and one of the largest barrier reefs in the world. The beach club has a fresh water swimming pool, snack bar, bar service, brick oven pizzas, a restaurant and a dive shop. Treat yourself to a couples massage on the beach!

The development has a water purification system that treats all of the water entering the condo. The water from all faucets is safe to drink.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
