Located in a classic, elegant period building with only two flats per floor, our first floor (no lift) (780 sq ft) 2 bedroom, with mezzanine that sleeps 2 more (they are proper beds, not fold outs), 3 bathroom flat overlooks a charming tree filled square:
-- just half a block from rue d'antibes - the best shopping street
--500 metres from the beach!
-- - an easy 10 minute walk to the Palais where all the conferences (congresses) take place

With rare 3.5 metre high ceilings which allows for the 10 mt. square mezzanine that features two more single beds (not full standing height but cozy) - it is airy and spacious and has great character. The light floods in through the 3 sets of tall french doors in the living room that lead onto a slim balcony where there is a small table and two chairs. There is speedy wifi and cable TV. The bedrooms are both a good size also with high ceilings, a wardrobe and chest of drawers each. Each bedroom allows for the double bed to be split into two singles.

Most exciting is the total renovation completed in 2014: all new full US kitchen with central island, AC/heating (3 units - 1 in living room, 1 in each bedroom), double glazing in the bedrooms, new flooring, fresh decoration and paint and all new linens and towels which are included in the price. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The bathroom configuration (1 independent toilet, 1 sink/shower room and 1 full bathroom with nice shower stall, sink and toilet) is perfect for when there are several people trying to get ready at once.

With a dining table that can seat 8 and an open plan kitchen and a brand new central island with stools, it feels even bigger than it's 78 mt. sq. size.

House rules

The flat has white sofas, chairs and curtains, lots of edges and stairs and a balcony so it is not very child friendly. We do not want to exclude lovely families but hope that when booking that parents are mindful of the sophistication of the decor and will manage little ones accordingly so that the security deposit does not have to be utilised :-)

Why can't I call Michelle (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelle (the owner) a message.

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
