Its unique location gives you the ability to cross the street and be on the soft tan sands of the less traveled Langosta beach - which continues uninterrupted for miles to the south - or to walk a block or two to some of the best restaurants and hangouts in the area. At just 0.9 miles away, you all are close enough to enjoy all the amenities and nightlife offered by the bustling town of Tamarindo, before coming back to this luxury home to relax in your in-house private pool. Playa Langosta is an upscale luxury community, among the safest, most desirable, and family friendly neighborhoods of Tamarindo. Since Playa Langosta is essentially a large dead end and totally surrounded by a National Park, it has easily recognizable boundaries for the kids. You will have access to the entire property. Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts. Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us. This welcoming property is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two-story fully- walled Moroccan style Villa. It is surrounded by lush landscaping and is part of a privately monitored complex of only 10 such homes. You enter through the external gate using a digital lock so you have no need of carrying a key while swimming at the beach or when off on adventures. Neither the high walls nor the gate allow visibility inside the villa& premises - the villa has been designed for security, privacy and comfort. Adjacent to the outdoor shower is an outside storage closet where you will find beach toys and chairs for your convenience. There is ample room to store rented bicycles safely within the wall. Rental includes one reserved parking space, and there is additional free parking on the paved street outside the complex. The entire first floor is easily accessible with no steps between the front door, first floor king bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower, kitchen/dining and pool areas. The full-size American-style kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and even a large kitchen island. The open floor planallows full view to and from the kitchen, living, indoor dining, and backyard areas. The fully enclosed backyard contains tropical landscaping, both sun and shade, a private pool with lounge chairs, and covered outdoor dining area - complete with gas BBQ grill. The 2nd floor contains 2 more large bedrooms, each with their own attached bathrooms and showers. All 3 bedrooms feature fans and their own controllable AC units so that everyone can have their perfect temperature. Also within the Villa you will find reliable high-speed internet and WiFi 6E throughout the house, Smart TVs, pool toys, and even board games. Our property has free parking for at least 1 vehicle. We enjoyed the location and the pool. However, the Refrigerator had to be repaired. We had bought groceries and had to buy ice for the first day. The roof leaked in the upstairs bedrooms.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
