Trip Advisor 2018 Excellence Award winner and classed 3 stars by the local Tourist Office for its comfort, location, decoration and amenities. A beautiful 30 square meter studio apartment fully renovated with balcony facing south in the Aiguille Rouge residence at the heart of Arc 2000 ski resort which offers 425 Km of pistes. Straight door to door service from UK by Eurostar. Situated 50 metres away from chairlifts, slopes and ski schools. Walking distance and easy access to shops and restaurants. Private ski lockers available. Apartment can sleep five and comprises; 1 double bed, 1 single bunk bed & 2 single sofa beds. Fully fitted modern kitchen and fully equipped for self-catering. 1 bathroom, living room with 36 in flat screen TV, DVD player, Hifi and MP3 player. 1 dining table with 5 chairs. Wardrobes and loads of storage space available. Both continental & UK sockets fitted throughout. Wifi is available but must be paid for at a cost of around €20.00 per week per computer. Secure parking also available at a cost of around €85.00 for the week and can be booked in advance. Direct access from Bourg Saint Maurice train station by Funiculaire and free shuttles. Situated at 2000 metres altitude therefore snow is guaranteed from December until late April. Direct access by ski to other resorts such as Arc 1950, 1800, 1600, Peisey-Vallandry, Villaroger & La Plagne by cable car. Direct and quick access by car or coach to other neighbouring resorts including; Tignes, Val d'Isere, Sainte Foy & La Rosiere.

Keys will be available to be collected on arrival from a ski shop, owned by friends who look after the apartment situated on the ground floor of the residence. The ski shop also offer up to 15% discount to all our guests on ski hire and will give our guests any informations they might need during their stay. The owner, Freddy, will also be contactable by phone or email anytime should our guests have any questions.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You’ll need to contact Freddy (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Freddy (the owner) a message.

If Freddy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
