Beautiful and comfortable villa with stunning views over the sea and the mountains can accommodate 13 people in 6 bedrooms( not 5, a new one have been created) and a loft .
It is located at the foot of a mountain with many hiking departures and departures climbing (600 channels) .
Calm guaranteed in the neighborhood where the villa is located because at the end of a dead end road at the end of the old medieval village .
In the south, the view is facing the sea and north to the mountain, the Baou .
To the west the view is oriented mountain and wild valley of the Cagnes , to the east, the view is the nature.

The villa has a large terrace of 200m2 with panoramic view at 360 ° where children can play under the watchful eye of parents.
The pool area is located on a dedicated , closed area and closed keys.

The pool is 5x10m ,a 70m2 solarium has 7 sunbeds and outside armchairs and sofa, the terrace is partly shaded by a large tree close to the pool with an adjacent 250m2 flat lawn where children can play .
There is a 2nd garden next to the large terrace , wilder and more ornate with a campaign mind.
The villa has an apartment located under the large terrace ( seen on outdoor photos) with 4 windows .Il is not rented , it serves as a reserve to the owner.The impressive and varied views make a very zen and relaxing atmosphere.
5 mins walk to a beautiful quiet hilltop village with all amenities (butcher , bakery, grocery store (wine, cheese, fruits, vegetables from the village), 3 restaurants , a pizzeria with correct prices, 2 bars , pharmacy, doctor).You can buy your bread, croissants every morning.
There are 4 walks begining near the villa where you can walk during 1 to 4 hours.You can either join the river 'The Cagnes 'or the mountains Baou de St Jeannet or Baou de la Gaude, you can also joign an old Templar farm.
In the region , cycling and golf are very appreciated.
Zen Villa is at 1 hour from ski slopes ( Gréolières les Neiges ) and 20 minutes from the beaches .
You can also practice clumbing, via ferrata, canyoning,rafting because there is sport's club in the village 'les lézards des Baous'.
