“Super location and a great welcome!” We stayed here as a family of four, with 2 young children, in June 2012. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, on hand when you needed them but unobtrusive. The villa was clean, spacious and fully equipped for a family's needs. Air con worked well, as did washing machine. Comfy beds. Lovely outside space and fantastic pool which was regularly cleaned. Surrounded by fruit trees which we were encouraged to pick and enjoy. You can't beat fresh apricots from those trees! Free Wi-Fi but if you want to watch TV, take Dvds as the choice on channels is v. limited and greek only. The villa was slightly off the beaten track, but easy to get to once you've found it. It was in a great part of the island - 5 minutes drive from bustling and charming Zakynthos town, yet very Greek and away from all the busy resort areas. A wide choice of lovely restaurants in easy reach too. We hired a car and explored the whole beautiful island which I would encourage anyone to do. Means you have access to the best beaches too, our favourite was Gerakas, amazing!
