“Excellent” Just stayed for 12 nights in this Villa. It's in a brilliant location in Parque Santiago 3 complex. The villa fronts onto the promenade with amazing sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. From the door of the villa you are only 50metres away from the swimming pool. The main pool is Saltwater but is beautiful. If you have kids they will love the children's pool that has 6 slides and a climbing frame. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and beautiful garden. The bathrooms are brand new. Not a lot of hot water in the showers upstairs but that worked well because we were all sunburnt! The TV had plenty of English channels including SkySports. We barely used but it's a nice to have. There's no AirCon and it was a little warm at night but we were there high summer and it was 35degrees. Kitchen had all the facilities that you need could maybe do with an update but it's adequate. Overall lovely property easy to deal with local contact 100% recommend!

“Fabulous Villa in the Perfect Location!!” Just back from our third 2 week stay at this villa and I can honestly say it is fabulous, especially for a large family group or even 2 families. There were 9 of us in our family party and the space is great, especially with all rooms en suite, so you don't feel at all like you're on top of each other. The garden is very large and great for relaxing and sunbathing in if you don't feel like going round the fantastic on site pool area, we enjoyed a sundowner there as well each evening before heading out for a meal. The views from the 2 main bedroom balconies are to die for and you could literally sit there and watch the sea or the people passing by on the promenade for hours. The villa is very well equipped with a full kitchen and cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a built in BBQ in the garden and a gas BBQ as well, Marie the villa owner was very accommodating with all our requests and arranged for a fresh gas bottle to be available upon our arrival. The complex is fantastic, it's in an ideal location for everything in the resort, but if you don't want to venture too far there is plenty of choice of shops and eating places on site. We would definitely recommend this villa to everyone, obviously as we've been 3 times now, fantastic value as well for large parties. Thank you for another lovely holiday Marie!

“Fabulous!” What can we say? Beautiful, well equipped apartment. The owner, Ines, had certainly thought of everything and gone above and beyond expectations. Even leaving us with a welcome beer, some water, juice and yoghurts. So thoughtful! The apartment itself was spotless and smelt beautifully clean and fresh. Great kitchen facilities with microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The complex was excellent, very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of sun beds and no hasssle getting one although with the sun on the balcony all afternoon and early evening it was lovely to sit there in comfort with a cool drink! The area is fantastic with the beach road running along the back of the complex with plenty of good restaurants and bars and out the front of the complex a great shopping centre with the likes of Zara etc along with excellent restaurants and bars. Try Bianco and the Magic bar. Ines we can't thank you enough enough for your attention to detail, thoughtfulness and kindness. The tweaks to our get in and out times was greatly appreciated. Would go back tomorrow. We have stayed in the area lots of times at 5 star hotels but this beats them hands down. Thank you and see you soon hopefully.

“Great Apartment, two minutes from beaches and restaurants” We have been to Club Atlantis a few times but I have to say this apartment was terrific, Comfortable beds, super little kitchen, hob, microwave etc. Washing machine in bathroom, air con, balcony to chill out on / eat breakfast etc. TV gives you plenty of Engish channels., if you really need to watch it ! The pool in the complex is fantastic. Playa La pinta is fantastic, a nice little crescent-shaped bay safe for everyone. The shops, restaurants and pubs literally back on to the beach. In short, THe apartment is terrific and so is Puerto Colon.
