Classic Old Town apartment from the 18th century with its original restored elements, spacious, sunny, with two rooms and two balconies and with all the services. Located in the center of Valencia, next to the Cathedral, the Palace of the Generalitat or the recreational area of the old bed of the Turia river, it is a pleasant stay to enjoy the city center.

It is located in the old quarter with streets, squares, rehabilitated buildings and museums that tell the importance of the city in the history of the Mediterranean culture. One step away from the commercial and leisure area of the city center. Near the City of Arts and Sciences, the beaches and the Albufera Natural Park.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Juan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
