Come and visit our new, modern apartment (170 SQUARE M) in the center of the beautiful UNESCO town of Trogir. You will enjoy our comfortable apartment, located close to everything you need for a good vacation.In our apartment you will find three bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies (one closed and the other open with jacuzzi).Private glazed terrace with moving roof and grill.

Surrounded by 1000 square meters of private land, you will enjoy the Mediterranean landscape of olive trees, vineyards and citrus. Just a few steps away there are shops, bars, a sports center, a post office, a pharmacy and a police station. The old town of Trogir is only 200 meters, and the nearest city beach with beach bars 300 meters away. The biggest advantage is the ability to select a few beaches of various types ranging from 200m to 2 km. Choose a quiet sandy river lagoon and protected nature reserve at only 1000 m to the east or the complete opposite, the crowd at the hotel beaches 1000 m west. Towards the south, the way takes you to the island of Ciovo with miles of beaches, beach bars and restaurants. Spend the night in a comfortable walking throo the city streets and fall in love with one of the brilliants of mediteranium. Everything of this you can get from our family estate, avoid traffic jam, overcrowded beaches, noisy night clubs, and still do not miss anything what makes you happy.

Be the master of your time and you decide when you want a crazy night fun, relaksing walk, rest or sleep. All in one place, so close and yet so far. Come and enjoy! :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sinisa (the owner) a message.

If Sinisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
