The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area
On Garda Lake, there's a microclimate of Mediterranean type. Mild winter, not too hot summer. Olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Biggest lake in Europe and hill surroundings, ideal for walking holidays.
Torri del Benaco area
You can swim in the lake, and lake water quality is tested every year. On Monday there is a market. There are lots of beautiful old stone buildings, making picturesque surroundings. There are offroad bicycle tracks all around so it is an excellent destination for a cycle holiday.
