COUNCIL this ad to anyone who is looking for a property that can accommodate large groups of people, or two or more families who want to spend their holidays close, but each retaining their privacy, or who simply need to have two bathrooms on vacation. The houses of this announcement, are two pretty adjacent newly built housing, entirely on the ground floor, referred to as "HOUSE RED" and "YELLOW HOUSE", completely autonomous and independent, each able to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. We are at the outskirts of Torre San Giovanni, on the coast Jonica Gallipoli / Leuca, in a quiet residential neighborhood composed of a few houses and summer cottages. The roads surrounding the property ends right behind our house, with limited car traffic to the few residents of the place for the benefit of total relaxation. The house is only 70 meters from the sea (bathing the low cliffs kind at sea level) and 950 meters from the first free / equipped sandy beach. The first essential services such as bars, supermarkets, pizzerias and strolling places are located within 500 meters. Located in a strategic position, in less than 5 minutes away by car (3.5 km), you can reach the most famous long sandy beaches of Salento with the sea always green and crystal clear: nothing short of Caribbean nature. Below is the breakdown of the two houses. The HOUSE RED consists of: - kitchen and living room in one room furnished with new modern furniture, storage cupboard, LED TV 32 ", table with 6 chairs, double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with dishes for 6 people - Bathroom consists of marble sink, toilet, bidet, shower and a secondary output in an outdoor area with sink and second outdoor shower; - double room - bedroom with two single beds that need to be united in double bed and large built-in bridge; - Disengagement sleeping / living area where there is air conditioning; - fenced outdoor area, furnished with garden furniture and barbecue. Here there is also space for your car in the fence. the YELLOW HOUSE is composed of: - Living room furnished with new furniture, wall equipped with TV lED 32 ', openable table 6 seats, sofa bed two places. - kitchen: the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans for 6 persons; - Bathroom with shower; - Double room; - bedroom with two single beds that need to be united into a double bed; - fenced outdoor area, furnished with garden furniture, barbecue; The veranda is ideal for breakfasts or dinners with sea views All the beds and sofa beds are equipped with new hypoallergenic mattresses in turn protected by removable cover mattress hygiene, we have provided and replaced at each change guest for better hygiene your e of the same mattress. All windows are protected by mosquito nets.
