Cet appartement très lumineux, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage, des cafés et des restaurants riverains, est idéalement situé dans un espace vert entre pins et chênes.

L'appartement dispose de deux chambres, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'une salle de bains. Il accueille confortablement un couple ou une famille de quatre personnes.

Il a récemment été rénové, de la cuisine aux planchers, ce qui donne à l'appartement une atmosphère acceuillante et gaie. Il dispose également d'un aménagement élégant, la salle de séjour s'ouvre sur une terrasse, parfaite pour la détente ou le divertissement. Et Si cela ne suffit pas, il y a aussi une deuxième terrasse, avec une vue partielle sur l'océan pour se détendre avec un livre ou un verre de vin et aussi bien préparé pour un dîner sous le clair de lune.

L'appartement est adapté pour les changements saisonniers de toute l'année. La ventilation naturelle vous rafraichit au cours des mois les plus chauds, tandis qu'une cheminée (un nouvel appareil, insert modèle Graffiti Rocal, a été installé en novembre 2017 pour plus de confort) vous réchauffe pendant les mois les plus frais.

À moins de 20 mètres de l'appartement, vous trouverez une boulangerie pour vous proposer de délicieux petits déjeuners. Plus loin, vous trouverez un arrêt de bus qui vous relie à Palafrugell et à d'autres destinations comme Barcelone.

This newly renovated apartment is situated in a unique location in Costa Brava’s beautiful Tamariu. Only 2 minutes walk from the beach and the waterfront cafes and restaurants, the apartment is in the ideal location.

The apartment is composed of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom that comfortably accommodate a family of four.

It has recently been renovated, from the kitchen to the floors, giving the apartment a very cosy and homely feel. It also boasts an elegant living arrangement that opens up onto a balcony, perfect for relaxation or entertainment. If that’s not enough, there is also a rooftop terrace with partial ocean views to chill out with a book or a glass of wine and even well prepared for a dinner under the moonlight.

The apartment is suitable for year round seasonal changes. Natural ventilation keeps it cool during the hotter months, while a fireplace (a new device, insert model Graffiti Rocal, has been installed November 2017 for more comfort) keeps it warm and cosy during the cooler months. Less than 20 meters away from the apartment you will find a bakery to provide you with delicious breakfasts. Further down the road you will find a bus stop that connects you to Palafrugell and onto further destinations such as Barcelona.

El apartamento se compone de dos dormitorios, una cocina totalmente equipada, y un baño. En Dar Mima^^ se puede alojar cómodamente a una familia de cuatro.

el apartamento totalmente renovado, da al apartamento un ambiente muy acogedor y hogareño. Cuenta con un elegante ventanal que se abre a una terraza perfecta para relajarse o divertirse. y por si i esto no es suficiente, también hay una terraza en la azotea con vistas parciales al mar para disfrutar de un libro o una copa de vino e incluso bien preparada para una cena a la luz de la luna.

El apartamento es adecuado para cambios estacionales durante todo el año. La ventilación natural lo mantiene fresco durante los meses más calurosos, mientras que una chimenea (con un nuevo dispositivo, el modelo de inserción Grafiti Rocal, instalada recientemente para mayor comodidad) lo mantiene cálido y acogedor durante los meses más fríos.

A menos de 20 metros del apartamento encontrará una panadería para ofrecerle deliciosos desayunos. Más adelante encontrará una parada de autobús que conecta con Palafrugell y con otros destinos como Barcelona.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sara (the owner) a message.

If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
