Gulf Stream is perched on a hill overlooking the bay of Nartelle and the gulf of St Tropez with a direct view of the village of St Tropez itself. With a large private swimming pool and two large South facing sun deck patios. The villa is a wonderful place to spend a holiday with friends. The 5 bedrooms all have "shabby chic" furniture, classic wooden and fabric french sleigh beds and all have french doors onto the garden. The kitchen is modern with black granite work surfaces and a snazzy dining room has a marble and smoked glass dining table seating 12. The large sitting has 3 leather sofas and a TV with SKY sports, DVD and UK channels. Set in a mature garden with fantastic views over the bay, you can entertain your family and friends here, BBQ in the evening and chill out over a bottle of Provencal rose. 10 minutes drive from the lovely, historic town of Ste Maxime and 5 minutes drive from the white sandy beaches of Nartelle and Les Issambres. St Tropez is 15 minutes away from Les Issambres port on the Bateaux verte (return cost 12 Euros) which leaves every 2 hours.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
Gulf Stream villa is situated on the hill above Les Issambres, part of the Ste Maxime coast line with all the best sandy beaches in the South of France. La Nartelle, Les Elephants etc etc. The beach bars are fantastic. The food is wide ranging from sophisticated French and Italian to pizzas for kids from a wood burning oven. Take a ferry from Ste Maxime over to St Tropex for the day. The "Bateau Verte" leaves Ste Maxime harbour every 15 mintues and takes 10 minutes to cross the bay and costs 15 euros. Visti a vinyard on the Ramatuelle promentary above St Tropez. or the the waterpark in Ste Maxime or enjoy the Go carting in Grimaud. The golf course at Ste Maxime is a brilliant woodland 18 hole championship challenge with sea view on half of the holes.
Ste Maxime / La Nartelle area
La Nartelle has recently been voted one of the top 20 beaches in the world. There are 10 beach bars lined along it with a magnificent variety of foods. The sand is golden white, the sea is warm and gentle and there are unintrusive watersports. Or drive to Pampelone beach in St Tropez and meet the stars. 1 mile of golden sand with calm blue water and the best beach eating in the world today. Go to Club Cinquante Cinc and spend on champagne like a star or chill and the Bamboo Beach Club and have a salade nicoise for only 15 euros. The options are unbeatable.
How to get there
Fly to Nice, drive for 1 hour on the A8 motorway , turn off at junction 36 to Ste Maxime, turn left on the coast at Ste Maxime and Les Issambres is 10 minutes away on the hills above the sea.

All of these rooms lead out through multiple french doors onto the large terracotta tiled patio with the 180 degree views of the gulf of St Tropez. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The two largest double rooms have king size beds and one is en suite. The three other double bedrooms have en suite or next door showers and bathrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds. All the bedrooms have french doors into the garden and great views over the gulf. All the bedrooms have chandeliers. The kitchen is fully equipped and a modern with hob, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, cutlery and china. The dining room has seating for 12 at the smoked glass and marble table with 12 white leather chairs.
Further details outdoors: Gulf Stream has a mature garden with a large private pool and two large sundeck patios. There are no neighbours too nearby to overlook or hear you enjoy the garden and the pool. Private parking provides space for 2 cars off road. There are 8 sun loungers and the villa allows parents privacy whilst the kids play in the pool 10 metres below the house in full view of the sun deck patios. There is a pool child alarm. Quiet and sophisticated, this villa is ideal for a family holiday, close to the beaches and above the village for complete privacy.
