promenade, this newly finished block of rental apartments offers
minimalistic and modern decor. Our aim is to provide a relaxed and calm
environment with none of the clutter and fuss of a main home, offering
a smart and comfortable retreat.
Each apartment is bright and airy, providing a sense of cleanliness,
tranquility, and comfort. The block is set on five floors, with two
apartments on each floor, and the topmost ones boast stunning views of
Sliema Ferry and Manuel Island.
This particular apartment is on the second floor and is served with a
lift. As you enter, you'll find a spacious living area leading to the
dining/kitchen area. A glass door opens to a sizable terrace with
stunning seaviews of Sliema, complete with an outdoor seating area for
four people. This space is ideal for spending a relaxed day in the sun
or enjoying a candlelit dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal
for preparing your meals with ease.
The apartment boasts two bedrooms: The master bedroom has one double
bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other bedroom has two single
beds. There is also another family bathroom, with both bathrooms
differing from each other, one with a bathtub and the other with a
shower closure. Both bedrooms come with wall-hung air conditioning, and
complimentary WiFi and cable TV are included.
This apartment is perfect for those who are after a car-free holiday,
sightseeing, swimming, and indulging in good food. Sliema's shops are
among the best on the island, with Maltese lace, fine silverware,
pottery, and woolens. When night falls, Sliema's bars and restaurants
offer a relaxed and mellow mood with a cosmopolitan feel.
Guests will have access to the entire property as the property is
private and not shared with any other tenants. We can also organize
airport transfers.
Sliema is a major tourist spot on the northeastern coast of Malta,
offering an abundance of relaxing holiday activities, restaurants,
shopping, and nightlife. Visitors can enjoy fine dining and shopping
during their stay here. There is also plenty of opportunity for
relaxing beach activities, such as idyllic cruises, snorkeling, and
diving. Malta is a stunning place of natural beauty and one of the most
agreeable climates in the Mediterranean.
The bus stop is conveniently close by, just across the street,
including the Sliema-Valletta Ferry. No car is necessary as the
apartment is walking distance to all amenities. For those who prefer to
rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and
neighboring areas.
Please note that check-in time for the apartments is generally 3:00 pm,
and check-out is at 10:00 am. However, if there are no arrivals on the
same day, the apartment can be kept for longer. For the weekly price,
the property includes basic utilities, as listed below:
* 100KWh - 1 bedroom apartment
* 150KWh - 2 bedroom apartment
* 200KWh - 3 bedroom/4-bedroom apartment
* 300KWh - Villas
The above kWh is free per week with the apartment, which is more than
sufficient. However, if the inclusive amount of kWh is exceeded, an
extra charge will apply at a rate of 0.35c per kWh. Please note that
the monthly rate does not include any utilities, which will be charged
based on consumption. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10
