Apartment RONDINE, our charming and stylish one bedroom apartment, on the first floor of Villa Miramonti, is perfect for couples looking for a unique, romantic holiday in an idyllic, rural setting (look for Villa Miramonti, Le Marche Italy to find out more). A lovely wrought-iron staircase leads up to a large, private tiled terrace with teak sun loungers, dining table, chairs and umbrella - ideal for sitting or eating outside under the warm sun or bright stars. There are magnificent open views across the surrounding rural landscape and towards the Sibillini Mountains. Gentle steps lead down through our olive trees to our beautiful swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the stunning panorama, or you can find a shady spot in the gardens.

This lovely apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. With its high chestnut beamed ceilings and parquet flooring, wooden kitchen cabinets and lovely local tiles, RONDINE is full of light and warmth. The main living area has a comfortable sofa for relaxing, watching television or reading with views across the terrace and up the hill towards olive trees and vines. A hallway with mirror and wrought iron console table leads from the living room to the cosy double bedroom with views across the rolling countryside. There is a comfortable, king size wrought iron bed and wooden furniture, including a double wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps and a tall chest of drawers. Off the bedroom there is a light, modern, fully tiled en-suite bathroom with a glass fronted walk-in shower; there are glass & chrome shelves, a lit mirror with shaving point and a hairdryer. The apartment is centrally heated during cold spells; the building is well insulated and all windows double-glazed always keeping the temperature pleasant, but ventilation fans are available in the summer. Cotton bed sheets and fluffy white towels are of course provided – and changed weekly. In addition pool towels are also provided for your stay.

Villa Miramonti’s two rental apartments are the ideal location for your holiday in tranquil central Le Marche, situated within beautiful countryside between the Sibillini Mountains National Park & the Adriatic sea! The Villa stands secluded within its own 1.5 hectares of meadows and south-facing landscaped gardens, 350m above sea level, on a hillside hidden away at the end of a leafy lane. We are just 1.5km from the little village of Curetta, 6km from the lovely neoclassical town of Servigliano with its beautiful piazza, shops, bars & restaurants and 5km from the medieval hill town of Santa Vittoria.

In the apartment, you will also find a folder of useful information (including suggestions for trips to the coast, lakes or National Park) and you can make use of one of our portable GPS satellite navigation units, with many interesting pre-set destinations - places to visit & restaurants - subject to payment of a (returnable) deposit. We also provide for your stay, two folding chairs, a beach umbrella and a cool bag so that you can enjoy your days out at the beach or mountains!

Interaction with guest

We live in the main part of the Villa and have our own private entrance, terrace & gardens. Django is very friendly & well behaved; he now has a little "brother" Oskar to keep him company. They both spend most of their time with us and sleep inside. We always respect the privacy of our guests, but are happy to help should you need assistance during your stay.
