The private idyllic setting, with its panoramic views of the countryside and the sea, is ideal for relaxation, yet close enough for Ibiza's fantastic beaches, bars, nightclubs and other recreational facilities.

The luxury villa Ibiza's mature gardens allow for quiet relaxation whilst the young (and maybe the not so young) enjoy cooling off and splashing around in the chlorine free pool with a slide. There are several outdoor eating areas, a barbecue and sufficient sun loungers for all guests.

The secluded luxury Ibiza villa has electronic gates and a full colour video entry system to provide our guests with a secure and private environment. Wireless internet access allows guests to keep in touch with friends and family.

The local of the villa is in the countryside however unlike many villas it is easily accessible by standard car and is 3-4 minutes drive from the local large supermarket, great restaurants and beaches. Most areas in Ibiza are no more than a 20 minute drive from the villa

The villa is a 20 minute drive from Ibiza Airport. Ibiza is very easy to get to from many European countries and airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair. Monarch, British Airways, Iberia and Air Berlin offer direct flights.

“Amazing!!!!!!!!” When we arrived in Ibiza we got a taxi and a hire car to go to this villa, following the directions emailled by the owner we found the villa fairly easily, just missed the very last turning but we got there no problem. When we arrived we were absolutely delighted, the pictures show exactly what the villa is like but they definitely do not do the villa justice. The owner had given us directions to the local supermarkets and we went there straight away to get food and beer for a bbq. During our weeks stay we had several bbq's because the area is soo nice to sit and chat and chill out into the late evening. (Could maybe do with a couple of extra lights though). We stayed by the pool most days and had some of our friends who were staying in San antonio come and use the pool most days too. At one point there was 17 of us around and in the pool and it was fantastic, not crowded in the least. We went into san antonio most nights and getting a taxi from the villa was quite difficult using the numbers provided by the owner, so we decided to ask some of the drivers for their personal numbers and what hours they would be working. This made it much easier getting taxis!!! A taxi into San antonio only cost €9. The views from the roof of the villa are amazing at sunset. Definitely make sure you go up there at least one night of your stay. The villa was nice & clean and had everythign we needed & much more. We would definitely stay here again!

A 30% deposit will secure a booking - this can be paid by debit card, credit card or direct bank transfer. Once this is received, we will confirm your booking by email.

Full payment is then due two weeks prior to arrival. We will also need to authorise your credit card for €1,500 as a deposit against damages and extra cleaning. No monies will be taken from the card unless there are actual damages

Our renters have included families, couples and groups of friends who all enjoy the varied beaches, restaurants, bars, clubs and lifestyle that makes Ibiza world renowned.

Although Saturday is a typical changeover day, we are very flexible with move in and move out dates. This is to accommodate people wishing to take advantage of low cost midweek flights for airlines such as Easyjet and Air Berlin. There is no minimum stay period, however there is a minimum rental charge of one week. Likewise there is no maximum period and a typical summer season will normally include people occupying for one month or more at a time.
