Sant Antoni de Portmany holiday villa rental with private pool, internet access, balcony/terrace and air con

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin, each with their own entrances from the front garden and seating areas outside. There is one bathroom on this floor.

The villa has one aircon unit on the bottom floor and two aircon units on the upper floor. We also supply a room fan per bedroom. This keeps the whole house nice and cool.

As you go up to the first floor you will find 3 bright and airy twin bedrooms and the second bathroom. These bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, are a good size and very bright. The master bedroom has a terrace overlooking the grounds, with a coffee table and chairs, and the third bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool.

The property has secure gates at the front of the property, and as you enter through these you will see a large canopy with a long dining table underneath, where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings dining al fresco, or close the curtains around yourselves to enjoy your lunch in the shade.

From here, follow a path along a pretty mosaic wall feature and you will find the chill out and BBQ area. Here you have another large dining table, in a separate building across from the main house. The room has a skylight and panoramic windows looking on to a garden, making this a lovely warm and bright space.

Of course, the most important feature of all for your holiday is the huge swimming pool, located through a set of gates separating it from the garden. You have sun-beds, a large daybed to relax on and a sofa area with umbrellas for you to take some shade under, all just a couple of steps away from the main house. This area has a newly built wall around it for extra privacy and safety.

If you are looking to explore the local area, the beaches on the west coast are some of the most impressive and beautiful of the island, such as some of our personal favourites - Cala Comte, Cala Bassa, Cala Salada and Cala De Bou, which are just a short drive away.

The villa is just a 5-minute drive or 15 minute walk to San Antonio Bay, which has an excellent beach suitable for families. It is also home to the famous Ocean Beach Club, a large selection of bars, places to eat out and entertainment venues such as bowling, live music and water sports. San Antonio Bay is a great family resort as well as being fantastic for enjoying night life.

*There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per day to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash.

*Security Deposit of €1000 is due 2-3 days before arrival via pre-authorization.

*If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.

*There are three air conditioning units in the villa. One is situated in the 1st floor corridor to supply the top three bedrooms. There is also an additional air-con unit in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. One in the living room area to supply the bottom floor.
