The medieval villages in the surrounding areas are picturesque, with many gems to discover. The Dordogne is well renowned for its wines and delicacies including black truffles, chestnuts, walnuts, strawberries and foie gras. With beautiful scenery, the majestic Dordogne River, quaint villages and rich history, the Dordogne has something for everyone.
