From the owner

For lovers of nature and silence offer a vacation in the hills of Rapallo, just a few kilometers from the center, as well as other places such as Santa Margherita, Portofino, Recco.

The studio overlooking the entire Gulf of Tigullio up well in Sestri Levante has its own entrance and consists of lounge with sofa bed (with linen included), a small kitchen and a small bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom upstairs. A beautiful studio of relevance allows total relaxation garden as well as to enjoy the coolness of the evening.

The house is located on the hills, about 250m height, close to the wood. E 'reachable by car leaving the main road and along a busy road not (only used to reach the houses), so it remains immersed in just the sounds of nature.

But in a short time (about ten minutes by car) you can reach the beaches, chosen from those around the Gulf of Tigullio and the Golfo Paradiso. The paths to walk along the hills and enjoy breathtaking views start right behind the house.

Genova is a few kilometers away and awaits you with its wonderful alleyways, monuments, aquarium and other attractions. Of course we will be happy to provide the information needed to make your stay unforgettable.

Mi dispiace venire a sapere a due mesi di distanza dalla visita del signor Giuseppe, che lui e la sua famiglia non siano rimasti soddisfatti; purtroppo credo che non siamo allineati sulle aspettative di vacanza. Difatti, ciò che indica come un difetto, "è fuori mano", per me è un vantaggio, in quanto percorrendo pochi km si esce dalla folla e si arriva in una frazione tranquilla, senza traffico nè rumori, pur restando a 10 minuti di macchina dalla riva del mare. I biscotti che lui chiama secchi ed immangiabili, essendo amaretti di Saronno, sarebbero diventati molli ed umidi se fossero rimasti abbandonati da tempo. Credo che avendo a disposizione (e compreso nel prezzo) caffè, thè, tisane, corn flakes, muesli, marmellata, burro, miele, yogurt, torte, brioches, fette biscottate e frutta fresca, senza contare che all'arrivo è presente acqua fresca e succo di frutta in frigo, si possa apprezzare l'ospitalità che riserviamo a chi prenota da noi, sorvolando su una caramella che per il caldo si è sciolta e che ahimè non ho notato per tempo. Ciò che maggiormente mi rammarica è che non abbia potuto apprezzare quanto impegno, dedizione ed amore io riponga in quell'appartamento, che non solo pulisco a fondo ad ogni cambio cliente, sia che ci sia stato una settimana che una sola notte, al punto da conoscerne a memoria ogni cm, ma che rinnovo ed abbellisco durante tutto l'inverno, nel tempo che la mia condizione di tris-mamma mi concede. Evidentemente abbiamo visioni diverse, che non sono emerse nello scambio di messaggi nei quali descrivo esaustivamente sia l'ubicazione che la struttura della casa, nè al loro arrivo, quando li ho accolti mostrando l'appartamento.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angiola (the owner) a message.

If Angiola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
