The basement has a fully working and very clean Sauna for up to 8 people.
The kitchen has 2 big (+6 foot), fully fridges and refrigetators.
The villa also has 2 washing machines, one of them MIELE.
The ground floor terrace has 3 vertical awnings that can be used to protect it from cold, wind or sun.
The first floor terrace has 2 automatic awnings and a table for 4, great for breakfast or at night, when it is not very hot. We can add more tables and seats upon request and free of charge.
The Garden has 1 big automatic awning and 4 loungers.
The pool purifying plant can be set to automatically work at any given time and changed upon the tenant's preferences.
The entrance, garden and private pool is serviced once a week, every friday afternoon. Service day and time can be changed upon request.

The Costa del Sol region
The Alzambra, under the ever-present La Concha Mountain, has one of the most sought ater views on the Marbella Golden Mile. The views of a natural panorama spreading from the blue riders of the Bay of Marbella to the magical mountains thd give the city its very own micro—climate which makes it the most sought after in Europe.
Surrounded by wonderful gardens, golf courses, a greatmany beaches and only a short walking distance from Puerto Banus (650 meters) and Marbella, the Alzambra offers the pleasures everyone seeks and wishes for as well as a unique quality product - de?nitely one of the most interesting on the Costa del Sol - and all the services one could need are within reach, such as petrol stations (300 meters), hypermarket (Opencor at 200 meters, opens everyday), chemists, shopping centres like Cristamar, El Corte Inglés, Marina Banús, cinemas with O.V. movies and everything that enables one to satisfy the needs of modern life.

The Puerto Banus / Vasari Resort area
Puerto José Banús, more commonly known as Puerto Banús is a marina located in the area of Nueva Andalucía, to the southwest of Marbella, Spain on the Costa del Sol. It was built in May 1970 by José Banús, a local property developer, as a luxury marina and shopping complex. It has since become one of the largest entertainment centres in the Costa del Sol, with 5 million annual visitors. Developed around a coastal village in the Mediterranean architectural style, Puerto Banús contains expensive shopping malls, restaurants and bars around the marina. Three kilometres inland is the Aloha Golf Club in the urban suburb of Nueva Andalucía, known as the Golf valley, where British and Scandinavians reside in large numbers.
Puerto Banús is located on the Costa del Sol of southeast Spain, 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) southwest of Marbella, 64 kilometres (40 mi) southwest of Malaga and 782 kilometres (486 mi) south of Madrid. The climate of the area is protected in its northern part by the Coast Mountain Range of Cordillera Penibética. It enjoys a microclimate that produces a mean annual temperature of 18 °C (64 °F). The Malaga Airport is 60 kilometres (37 mi) away. There is a good network of roads and transport services connecting Puerto Banús with adjacent towns and suburbs.
According to the Municipality of Marbella, Puerto Banus is visited annually by nearly 5 million people. Visitors to the port tend to be mostly tourists from northern Europe (especially United Kingdom) and Arabs (especially Kuwait and Saudi Arabia), along with Spanish tourists. The focal point of Puerto Banus is the marina. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest individuals. Behind the harbour lie streets filled with bars, boutiques and nightclubs. The marina has slips for boats and ships from 8–50 metres (26–160 ft). Its surface area is 15 hectares (37 acres), and its depth ranges from 3–6 metres (9.8–20 ft) within the marina, with 7.5 metres (25 ft) at its entrance. There is beach on each side of the marina. Boats can also be hired here. Many of the yachts moored within can enjoy an unobstructed view of La Concha mountain, one of the coast's landmarks.
Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others. One stretch is known as "The Golden Mile". Apart from the chain of restaurants, boutiques, in the heart of the Antonio Banderas Square is one of the largest El Corte Ingles department stores in Spain, including the up-scale hypermarket, Hipercor.
The area contains a variety of restaurants ranging from Chinese, Japanese, Persian and Italian to major fast food companies. Notable restaurants include Antonio serving seafood and international cuisine, Cipriano, Dalli's Pasta Factory, Los Bandidos, Picasso pizzeria and the newer Dani Garcia’s La Moraga and the Hard Rock Café. Notable nightspots include Vanity, Olivia Valere, La Meridiana and China White (formerly Dreamers), a night club which accommodates up to 1400 people. Olivia Valere, established in 1981, is a night club located along the "Golden Mile", housed in a Moorish-style replica of the Alhambra and the Mezquita and accommodates over 1000 people. The Buddha Beach Bar and the Ocean Club on the beach are popular during the daytime, especially with British celebrities.
The Boulevard de la Fama de Puerto Banús was created to pay tribute to individuals who have promoted Marbella nationally or internationally through their professional work.

from the moment we found this villa, the service from the villas owner Nacho de la Fuente has been amazing, kind and very efficient.
The villa is in excellent condition and has an amazing pool and outdoor area for entertaining, lounging around a BBQ's.
The location of the villa is ideal and easy to find! Easily the best accommodation we have stayed at. This is a must visit place.

We stayed at the villa at the beginning of April for 6 days. From being greeted by Nacho on arrival to handing back the Villa our stay was faultless.
The villa is in excellent condition. We utilised all of the bedrooms which are fitted out to a high standard along with the en-suite facilities. The pool, garden, terrace and living areas are all exceptional and the villa was more than acomodating for 9 of us.
We made full use of the Sauna (which is an added luxury) and the outside BBQ on a daily basis and the basement car park is huge!!! Lazy days around the pool were perfect as the garden area is very private and a sun trap for those who want to pick up a tan.
What makes the villa stand out from all other villas I have stayed in is its location. A short 10 minute walk into Puerto Banus ensuring that the lovely harbour bars and restaurants are easily accessbile and finding the villa off the A-7 is extremely easy.
I would urge people to reserve this villa. I know we are intending on returning!!!!

Golf trip with friends to Marbella.
Very happy with the villa and the owner, who was very kind and very helpfull through the whole weekend.

The villa accommodates up to 10 people in 8 single beds and 1 double bed.
Additional beds or cots are available upon request provided they are requested in advance and the additional price is paid in advance.
A cot can be requested for an additional 100€.
Additional beds can be requested at 50€ per bed and per day.
The use of the villa of more person tan allowed will result in a contract breach and a penalization of 2 times the additional price per person, if not notified and payed before checkin, and may be deducted from the security deposit.
Check-in is between 12PM and 8PM.
If you need to check-in at other times please state it clearly in your quote request so we can check if it's possible.
Checkout is before 12PM.
You can late checkout until 8PM for an additional amount provided you allow access to the villa to the cleaning service from 12PM so they can prepare the villa for the next guest.
If you need to late checkout please state it clearly in your quote request.
If checkout is done later than 12PM without notice and landlord approval there will be a penalty of 600 Euros per day.
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE
The rental price includes cleaning of the villa, fully serviced garden and pool prior to your arrival.
10 set of clean linen.

Optionally, 1 or 2 garage door remotes for guests with cars.
Water is included in the rental fee.
The villa has a broadband Internet access and WIFI router. The white WIFI router is near the living room TV. Its password is underneath the router.
A landline number is available, with 2 wireless phones, free national calls (except 90x numbers) and a 50% discount on international calls (We will only charge international calls, if any).
Electricity and gas consumption is included up to 6€ per day. Below this limit nothing will be charged. Consumption above this limit, if any, will be calculated after checkout and deducted from the security deposit.
The reason we charge for electricity excess is because some guests may all rooms, round the clock lights or AA and make heavy use of the Sauna and Kitchen on other appliances. And some others may spend more time outside or may not use sauna and kitchen at all. Also the guests number varies from 2 to 10, so not every booking makes the same consumption. Since we can not charge everybody the same, and in order to keep the lowest possible rental price we found the most fair solution not to charge low consumption stays and do charge only for excess consumption above the minimum.
TIP: The average excess consumption for 10 guests is around 15€ per day.
NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL FEES
There is a laundry fee of 10GBP per set of linen (3 linen) and towels (3 towels).
The reasons we separate laundry fess from rental fees are:
- To keep rental prices as low as possible
- Some guests rent the villa for few people so it is not fair to add the laundry fees for ten in the rental price
- We only charge for used sets of linen or towels
- In order to provide each guest with ultra clean, nuclear white linen and towels we prefer to do it professionally, I am sure as a guest you will appreciate, particularly when it comes to linen and towels.
- We need to be able to checkout and check-in within the same day so we must rely on professional & express laundry service.
Finally, the villa has 2 laundry machines, 1 drying machine and 1 ironing set. Guests are not requested to make they're own laundry but they are free to do it if they prefer to avoid or lower this charge.
Please note that heavy stains in both linen and towels will have double charge, since they need additional bleaching. We beg you to use towels to dry yourself, not the clean makeup, clothes or any other improper use. Also please do not use bath towels outside of the villa, you have pool towels for outside use.
The Vasari resort has a fully equipped Gym 200 meters from the villa, they have special prices for guests or residents.
You have 2 minimarkets (Opencor 24/7/365 and ICELAND) just 100 meters from the villa.
We can buy some groceries of your choice and brands prior to your arrival: Water, milk, bread, butter, jam, cheese, tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, orange juice, eggs, bacon, ham, cola, beer, wine... The bill can be paid on arrival.
Daily housekeeping is available upon request for 15€ per hour per cleaning person. Usually two persons are needed to clean the villa.
Housekeeping service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
We can replace any set of linen or towels for 10€ each provided you ask 24 hours in advance.
We have been obliged to ask for a bigger security deposit due to some guests making a careless use of the villa. Rest assured that if you take care of the villa as if it was your own you won't have any extra deductions from the security deposit a part from standard cleaning fees and excess consumption.
The security deposit is 6OOGBP per short stay, with a minimum of 900GBP for longer stays or high season.
If not payed in advance, excess services consumption and linen/towels laundry services will be deducted from the security deposit.
This is a non-smoking villa. We provide ashtrays so you can smoke outside. We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the villa and not to through cigarette butts inside or outside the villa. We are charged an additional cleaning fee of 30GB for smoking inside or outside the villa so we will have to deduct it from the security deposit if it is the case.
A professional standard cleaning service is included in the villa rental. Although you are not asked to clean the villa, note that any careless use of the villa and its content are charged to us and will be deducted from the security deposit. Again, if you make a proper use of the villa you won't have to worry. Some examples of misuse are:
- Heavy stained linen, towels, quilts, fabric covers, walls and furniture
- Any food, alcohol, blood, preservatives or vomiting residues
- Heavy stained windows
- Improper use of any room, terrace, garden, kitchen, sauna, bathroom or fixture
- Any sign of misuse that could be proven at the time of checkout
All of these will be taken pictures after checkout and deducted from the security deposit. Broken fixtures and furniture will be deducted at their replacement cost, including any associated cost related to its replacement.
At least 48 hours are required after your checkout to check the whole villa and calculate total services consumption.
Security deposit will be refunded to the same Paypal account or Credit Card used for the reservation. Note that Paypal may charge a commission for the security deposit return.
In the event you don't agree with the security deposit balance we propose to report the claim to Holiday Lettings so they can hear both sides and decide what to do.
We are really sorry to put such long and detailed terms, please understand it's done this way to ensure you will find the villa in perfect condition by the last guest who used it.
