This beautiful detached 2 bedroom villa with it own private pool is set on a well maintained private development in the heart of Pernera. The villa has full air conditioning throughout, is of open plan design with a fully equipped modern kitchen, two sofas in the lounge area, one of which is a full size sofa bed, dining room suite to seat 6, plus the villa has the added advantage of a downstairs wc.
TV and DVD player are provided for your enjoyment, with a selection of dvd's for you to enjoy, and a selection of games to play.
Each bedroom has access to the sunny veranda facing the front of the villa.
Outside: there is a patio area with table and chairs to seat 6 where you can enjoy alfresco dining and cooking on the BBQ provided.
The private pool is professionally maintained and cleaned and 4 sun loungers are provided for your relaxation.
The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac, next to a small olive grove, and the communal gardens, but just a 10 minute walk will take you to the heart of Pernera with its shops. bars, restaurants and numerous sandy beaches.

Normally the apartment is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 12.00 on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus. Changeover days are flexible.

Do make sure you visit the renowned Fig Tree Bay, Macronissos Beach and Konnos Bay.
Larnaca offers a market town and excellent shopping, or you could simply take a stroll along the promenade, visit the Mosque and salt lake on the outskirts of the town.

The Protaras / Pernera area
The increasingly popular Pernera area has a shoreline of brilliant blue sea, small sheltered sandy bays and rugged cliffs. There is a beautiful seafront walkway where you can take a leisurely stroll to Protaras, you won't be able to resist stopping off and having a cocktail or two along the way!!!
The centre of Pernera has well stocked supermarkets and a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars offering a good variety of entertainment is literally around the corner. 2 kilometres along the coast is the busier resort of Protaras offering a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family.
The resort of Ayia Napa is approximately 5-10 minutes by car if you're looking for livelier nightlife. The local bus stops just a couple of minutes walk from the villa and will take you through all the coastal resorts right to the famous water park at Ayia Napa or in the other direction into the traditional town of Paralimni. This is the main town of the area and is a traditional busy Cypriot town offering wonderful churches, shops, and cafes - sit and watch the world go by.

Car hire can be arranged on your behalf with collection from either the airport or at your holiday home.
