Villa Hannah is located in Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras in the prestigious complex know as "Blue Water Bay Village" which makes this villa ideal for any family. This well presented holiday home has seaviews, boasts sunshine from morning – evening and is just 5 minutes’ walk to the local sandy beaches.

Outside Villa Hannah offers plenty of privacy with its mature garden, a purpose built large wooden pergola to give ample shade from the mid day sun, private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ and gated off-road parking.

There are two levels in this holiday home. With the ground floor offering an open plan area with a spacious living room which comes complete with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to plenty of international channels, Wifi, air conditioning, fireplace and access to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and offers all modern cooking facilities.

The first bedroom is downstairs with access to the back garden via sliding doors, it has a double bed and good wardrobe space, air conditioning and guests have access to the spacious downstairs WC/shower room.

Heading upstairs you'll find 3 separate bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms both offer two single beds each, air conditioning in both rooms and ample wardrobe space and share the family bathroom. Both bedrooms have shared use of the large veranda with outdoor furniture, which overlooks the garden and sea views. The Master bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning and large built-in wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom .

The local area has lots of restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports and much more.

Please note that currently there are road works in front of the property. The road might not be accessible by car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
