'Beachside Palace Villa' is very well located for a fantastic family holiday, you are very spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful sandy beaches. The villa itself is the height of luxury, located in a fantastic location, sea is literally across the road (minor), and less than 400 yards from a series of sandy beaches stretching along Pernera's coast.
For evenings, there are local restaurants within 5 minutes walk, or it's a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area of Pernera.
We provide a very useful information Guide in the villa (which is emailed to you once booked) this gives walking and driving directions to the best beaches, restaurants and amenities, these are all marked on a series of hand crafted maps. There are also some great walks along the coastline from the villa, and a family oriented water park in easy driving distance.

The property is nicely located meaning it is only very partially overlooked. The swimming pool has a large slide.

Our local Management Company (English) is on hand to deal with any queries you have 24x7, and can demonstrate facilities at the villa.
We provide a very useful information folder in the villa giving walking and driving directions to the best beaches, restaurants and amenities, these are all marked on a series of maps.

The Famagusta region
Pernera is beautiful part of Protaras, blessed with what many say are the best sandy beaches in Southern Cyprus.
Fig Tree Bay Beach is a mere 5 mins drive away.
Paralimni Town (home to a Mark's and Spencer's) is also a 5 min drive inland.
The Protaras / Pernera area
Pernera stands just outside the centre of Protaras you will find a great community of shops, pubs and restaurants, a family water park, 3 beautiful sandy bays all with a wide choice of water sports and a harbour near the Golden Coast Hotel, where you can take a leisurely boat trip to see the nearby Ghost Town of Famagusta and Cape Grecko.
Our villa is located just on the edge of Pernera giving it peace and quiet but great accessibility.

"Everything to do with the Villa was as advertised. It was very clean. well decorated and a great pool, which the kids loved! The villa was 2 mins walk from some great small private beaches, and 2 mins to three small supermarkets. The main town of Protaras is literally a 20 min walk or 2 mins in car, and has lots of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this villa for a very relaxing holiday as its away from the busy areas but close enough to get into them by foot or car or bus with little effort. The kids loved it and everyone returned relaxed and very tanned. The management team looking after the villa KLG (Lee and Kirsty) were brilliant and very welcoming, very helpful and on call for anything day and night and just what you need if its your first time to the area or country. This was our first villa holiday and our first time to Cyprus, but we will be going back to both next year as we loved it."

"A group of 4 of us stayed at the villa and had a wonderful time! It was in a perfect location as not keen on protaras its self as it was far to commercial for our liking, however pernera just down the road had some lovely places to eat and did fab cocktails.Fell in love with sirena bay what a beautiful place and the owner what a lovely lady! The pool was just the right size and made full use of the bbq! will be booking for next year soon and will be recomending to family and friends. The kitchen facilities were excellent. Found a supermarket 2 mins left out of villa"

"The directions to the villa were spot on - we arrived late at night and didn't make one wrong turn!
The villa is very practical with pretty much all mod-cons to make for a comfortable stay.
The villa was clean on arrival and was well set up with lovely clean sheets and towels.
The pool at the villa is great - all day sun and is well-maintained.
We found the location of the villa to be excellent - close enough to walk to some beaches, little shop nearby if you needed anything, and a mile or so away from the shops and restaurants of Pernera!
We hired a car and this meant we could go get around really easily - Orphanides supermarket is just 5 mins away, Paralimini about 10 mins, Protaras about 10 mins - There are lots of great beaches and restaurants, but at the villa there is a really good guide with lots of suggestions and tips on the best ones!
I would certainly recommend this to friends and family and would happily return.
We went as a family with our 2 year old daughter and so the villa and all it's facilities were just perfect and there was more than enough room.
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable family holiday!
We also found the correspondence of the owner very prompt and easy to deal with which is also made the whole experience very pleasant."
