This 3 bedroom villa situated in a quiet cul de sac is ideal for families, young and senior alike. While it is peaceful and quiet, you are only a 10 to 15 minute stroll to the lively centre of Protaras with its array of bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the famous Figtree Bay beach.
No car needed, but for the more adventurous, Pernera, Greko Bay, Ayia Napa, Larnaca and Nicosia are all within easy reach. This villa will not disappoint!

The Famagusta District
Located in a quite prime location, but only a short walk to the centre of Protaras with its fine array of restaurants, shops, bars, water park and the famous Figtree Bay beach so you can enjoy a holiday free from having a car if you wish but for those that want to explore there is a fantastic amount of places to see.
The beaches of Pernera and Gape Greko, Ayia Napa with its traditional old centre and the lively night life of the new part. The city of Larnaca is well worth a visit with its terrazzo, promenade and beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops.
On the way through stop at Dekalia army barracks for the best fish and chips on the island. Nicosia, the main city of Cyprus, is a must. Take your passport and visit the Turkish side.
Whatever type of holiday you want, Cyprus has something for everyone. And don’t forget your sun cream; Cyprus has fantastic sunshine and clear blue skies.
Protaras / Central Protaras area
Being in central Protaras offers the holidaymaker a superb choice of the type of holiday they want. You have every type of amenity right in Protaras to keep yourself entertained without using transport.
Likewise, if one wants to explore more of Cyprus, hire a car and all main areas of Cyprus are available to you. Penera, Cape Greko, Ayia Napa, Larnaca and Nicosia are all very easy to find on main roads, that are compared to the UK: very quiet and a joy to drive on!
The villa is part of only seven dwellings in a prime quiet location, very private but easy walking distance to the centre of Protaras (10 to 15 minutes), only 2 to 3 minutes walk to mini market, car and motorcycle hire, restaurants and diving centre. There are water parks nearby and also all types of water sports and horse riding are available.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca airport, it is 45 minutes travel to the village. It is easy to find and a map can be provided.

Further details indoors: The villa is furnished to a very high standard. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the villa is air conditioned throughout. There is satellite TV, CD and DVD players, books, cards and DVDs.
Further details outdoors: The villa boasts a 8m x 4m private swimming pool, outside shower, terrace with patio table and six chairs. Also 6 loungers, barbecue, all round fencing and gated for privacy and child security. Off road parking.
There is also a balcony, again with table and chairs, the outside area and pool is illuminated.
Further details
We require a booking deposit of £200 and a breakage deposit of £200 (refundable). The balance of the rental is to be paid 8 weeks prior to rental date. If less than 8 weeks, the rental and damage deposit is paid in full. Minimum rental is 1 week, 10 day bookings are also accepted.
