This is a Luxury house within the Links development on the Strand Road in Portstewart. Strand Road is one of the most prestigious areas of Portstewart and is only a short walk from the Strand Beach, The Prom (with Morelli's Ice cream) and the new Strand Golf Club which boasts some of the best views of the North Coast from it's restaurant and bar.

Private parking to the rear, it is also situated in a quiet location in Portstewart but only a short walk to all Portstewart has to offer.
This property is decorated to a high standard and the furniture is high quality, therefore we are looking for tenants who will respect this.
You will be required to pay a £100 cash deposit which we be returned after you leave the property.
There is no charge for electric or oil/gas, linen and basic towels will be provided
(1 per bed, 2 per double bed)
3 nights stays for 65% of the weekly rate
4 night stays for 75% of the weekly rate
5 night stays for 85% of the weekly rate
6 nights stay for 95% of the weekly rate?

Minimum booking is 3 nights.
Deposit is 25% of rental rate plus booking fee of £4.99. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. The booking fee is additional to any rental rates stated.
For weekly lets (July and Aug), the changeover day is Saturday.
Prices may be subject to change at the advertisers discretion.
Some owners may ask for a breakage deposit paid on arrival and returned at end of stay.

There are many beautiful beaches in the area ideal for surfing, swimming or just having a paddle. Activities in the area include walking, cycling, fishing, golfing and lots more. There are three Golf Courses in Portstewart with many others in the area.
Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery and Mussendun Temple are among a few of the local sightseeing attractions in the area.
