You will love the stunning panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean of Royal Portrush Golf Course, the White Rocks Beach, the Giant’s Causeway and the Skerrie Islands. This was what made us fall in love with our luxurious 5 star apartment. You will be staying in Northern Ireland's top holiday resort of Portrush.

You will enjoy a very luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom first floor apartment with window seats to enjoy the stunning unobstructed panoramic views. There is a private outside deck for outdoor relaxing. The apartment is 12 minutes’ walk to the Royal Portrush Golf course, 5 minutes’ walk to two amazing beaches, the harbour, world-renowned Harbour Bar and the Ramore complex of Restaurants. The Giant’s Causeway and Bushmills Distillery are only 10-15 minutes’ drive away. There are 4 more fantastic links golf courses within 7 miles and 5 more within 25 miles.

We are at the Gateway to the Causeway Coastline just an hour’s drive from Belfast, the Titanic Museum and the Walled City of Derry. So perfect for exploring Northern Ireland without the hassle of changing your accommodation.

Our location is very central in Portrush Peninsula on Lansdowne Crescent in the first floor of a classic building of the grand 1900’s style only 100m from the rugged shore and the tiny Portandoo Harbour. A perfect launching point for small boats, SUPs and Canoes

The apartment has been completely remodelled and modernised to meet today’s expectations for luxurious living.

The living and dining area is a large open plan space with large windows overlooking the shore. There is comfortable seating for 7 and dining chairs for 10. The large kitchen with breakfast bar is open to the living area giving a great feeling of space. The kitchen is fully equipped to provide fine dining for ten with glassware, crockery, cutlery and service bowls to match.

The master bedroom is ensuite with a super-king-sized bed, bedroom two is a double room and bedroom three is a twin room, these are served by a separate bathroom. There is a small Snug/Kids/TV day room with double bed settee to give chill space for the kids or a 4th independent bedroom for four friends/golfers travelling together who prefer not to share a room.

HOUSE RULES

1 This is a soft shoe, sock or slipper home to protect the floors and reduce noise for neighbours.

2 The management committee have ruled that outdoor areas should not be used after 11pm to reduce noise. Please do not use the deck after 11pm. If there is a complaint I will be fined £100 and will have to deduct this from your damage deposit.

3 This is a non-smoking home. But it is OK on the deck. If there is smoking indoors this will incur a £250 deep clean fee from your damage deposit.

4 We are very pet friendly, but pets must be kept off the furniture, beds and carpeted bedrooms. If we have to perform an extra clean to remove pet hairs this will incur a £100 additional cleaning fee which will be deducted from your damage deposit.

ON A POSITIVE NOTE We are most fortunate as we always have such fantastic guests who love and respect our holiday homes that we have never had to charge any additional fees in 25 years of business.

There is a keysafe at the front door so you can arrive anytime after 4pm, or earlier by arrangement. There are two sets of keys so keep one set with you and leave one set in the keysafe.
