Cosy and sunny villa with pool in Puglia near the sea in the countryside of Polignano a Mare, 5 km far from the centre and the beaches. The villa may welcome up to 8 guests with three comfortable bedrooms and living room with sofa bed.

The villa has been recently restored keeping in mind its proximity to the sea, comfort and function. The beautifully designed interior with wrought iron and glass details offer a well-lit environment perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

The villa is about 130 square meters on two floors, offering a large, fenced garden with private swimming pool (14x7m) and children's swing set. The villa is comfortably furnished and sleeps up to eight people in three large bedrooms and one double sofa bed in the living room

Living area is made up of a comfortably equipped living room with dining area; a large bathroom (with shower) elegantly furnished with sanitary fittings; a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious external living area and kitchen with dining area under a gazebo.

The sleeping area is made up of a master bedroom with double walk-in closet, a second double bedroom, a large bathroom and a third double bedroom on the first floor (this is a mansard roof bedroom on the first floor) with en suite bathroom and equipped with air conditioning.

The living room and all bedrooms have individual air conditioning units. The villa is equipped with an excellent Wi-Fi connection (both indoor and outdoor areas) as well as with a circuit of outdoor cameras and alarm system.

From the dining room you have direct access to the veranda, where a large wooden gazebo (about 80 square meters) provides a comfortable outdoor living area. The external kitchen is completed with a large barbecue, refrigerator, wood-fired oven and sink.

This area is perfect for having breakfast, lunch and dinner outside while enjoying the excellent temperatures in the shade of the large gazebo.

The villa is surrounded by a fence that guarantees maximum privacy and the lush vegetation in the well-kept garden makes the outdoor area even more pleasant.

The large private pool (14x7m) is surrounded by a lovely terrace with different settings of furniture and sun beds. A wooden gazebo is placed one side of the pool to provide relax in the shadow.

We suggest this property for one or two families with children that would like to enjoy a typical trullo experience in true Puglian style.

Florent è una persona cordiale ed educata che si è presa molta cura della villa. Hanno goduto della villa per due settimane, visitando in maniera approfondita anche i dintorni di Polignano a Mare. Ho trovato tutto il gruppo di Florent che ho incontrato molto simpatico. Why can't I call Rosa (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rosa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
