Located in a quiet residential area on the very edge of Kato Paphos. Our penthouse apartment has access to two swimming pools, within easy walking distance of the beach, harbour, bars and restaurants. Paradise Gardens IV is a unique, quiet and private location. This peaceful setting is ideal for getting away from it all and having a relaxing holiday, the perfect oasis away from the excitement of everything that Paphos has to offer. The apartment is part of an intimate residential resort complex. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with 2 pools, each with shower and toilet facilities and sunbeds.
Paphos and Coral Bay have a vast selection of shops, bars and restaurants or a lively nightlife.
The spacious private patio with planter, overlooks treetops and fields has 2 sun loungers, table and chairs for 4, sun canopy and parasol, plus small charcoal BBQ. There are two shared swimming pools to choose from that are well maintained and are surrounded by lawned gardens.

The Paphos District
In Cyprus summers are really hot, with temperatures often climbing to 35-40 degrees in June, July and August. If you like things a bit cooler, try April, May or October temperatures hover between 17 and 25 degrees.
Kato Paphos is a small harbour that leads to a castle at the far end. The world's greatest mosaics are situated just off the harbour side. There are many shops and restaurants open until late, enjoy relaxing at one of the restaurants by the waterside enjoying a meal and a drink watching the sun set. Kato Paphos is a place for people of all ages. There is also a fantastic vibrant nightlife to enjoy if you wish.
If you don't want to hire a car but still want to explore the Paphos region, there is a bus service that stops at the end of our drive. For a small fee you can use the bus tours to take a short trip to town or if you want to venture further, you can take a trip as far as Coral Bay, or the Troodos mountains.
The sea front is a 15 min walk away from which point you can stroll along the sea front past the hotels & restaurants, the pedestrianised walk takes you all along the front to Paphos Castle, the harbour and the boat trips. To the west after a 15 min drive/bus there is Coral Bay a sandy blue flagged beach with a large amount of water sports and snorkelling to enjoy.
Next is the Akamas Peninsula, and Lara Bay, famous for turtles and then Polis and Latchi great for boat hire and harbour restaurant
There are 3 Golf course within 30 mins drive costing around 42-148eu a round.
The Troodos Mountains are about 1 hour 15 mins drive away from the apartment. The ski season runs from December to March and there are runs for all abilities. Also in the mountains you can find charming traditional villages to explore many remain unspoiled by development or tourism. There are monasteries, beautiful churches and breathtaking scenery to enjoy. The Tourist Office supplies visitors with information and leaflets on recommended walks/trails in the area. The most well-known trail in the region is the Caledonia Falls; it follows a stream to an impressive waterfall.
This area is also know for its hiking and mountain biking.
Paphos Waterpark. Crazy Golf, Go karting. Skatepark. Deep sea fishing, boat Hire, Boat trips, water sports, Jeep Safari, Cruises to Eygpt and coach tours.
Museums, galleries and impressive archaeological sites to visit, these are all within walking distance, car drive or bus.
There are 2 small Kiosks (mini market) at the end of the road - open all hours and larger super markets near the harbour.
