About the home

With a south and west facing pool you are guaranteed the maximum sunshine available here in sunny Florida, but there is also enough shade if you want to cool down a little. Having two sitting areas, Jasmine Villa has enough room for everyone to be able to lounge in comfort. The two dining areas and a breakfast bar allow everyone to have breakfast at the same time and the open plan kitchen means that nobody has to be "Cinderella" shut away in another room. No queues either with three bathrooms to choose from!

The 4 bedrooms include a TWIN PRINCESS room and a TWIN MICKEY room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 windows overlooking the lake and preserve and the Master overlooks the pool and beyond that, the lake and preserve.

Lots of fun to be had in the Games Area including Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts and a Pool table.

The South West facing TOTALLY private pool is perfect for those lazy afternoons in the sun. The deck area has a full size dining table with 6 chairs, 3 loungers and one easy chair with footstool. But there are lots of pool toys to keep the more energetic folk happy !

Our 51 jet Hot Tub is in the perfect position overlooking the lake and will give you a welcome and relaxing bubbly soak after a hard day enjoying yourselves. Just lie back and watch the wildlife fly and swim by.

The view at the rear of the villa is of a lake complete with Gators, Turtles, Otters and all kinds of birdlife from Red Shouldered Hawks, Egrets, Little Blue Herons to beautiful Red Cardinals and Swallow Tailed Kites. You'll feel very close to nature here and yet you're only 15 mins from Disney !!

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

.Orlando. the holiday capital of the world !!! Nearly every great holiday experience you could imagine can be found within a hour and a half drive.

The beautiful beaches with white sand on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico to the rollers of the Altantic. The State Parks, like Blue Springs, where you can take a canoe out onto the St John River and see Manatee, Gators, Turtles. A half hour drive to Cape Canaveral to watch a Space Shuttle blast off. A 15 minute drive to Disney where you can turn back the years and become forever young again. A hot Air Balloon ride watching the sun rise, which is so silent and peaceful you wont believe your own senses. Water Parks, Beautiful Golf courses, local festivals like the Osceola County Fair hosting Rodeos and the Plant City Strawberry festival which draws acts as big as Tom Jones !

There is so much to do here................. One visit is never enough !

The Orlando / Westridge area

Jasmine Villa is located on the US 27 just six minutes south of the 192 and eight minutes north of I-4 which gives it great access to Orlando's attractions, including all the Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Sea World. This great access to I-4 means that driving to the Gulf of Mexico beaches or the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre is extremely easy.

There are a number of excellent golf courses in the area, including Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, and Greg Norman's all-new Champion's Gate incorporating the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

“A wonderful experience” The villa was bright, clean and very spacious.The pool was a joy as was the hot tub. It was great to come back from the parks and relax in it. The location was close to all major routes and access was straightforward. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately and with efficiency.The property was not overlooked and as a result was very private.The area is very quiet.We hope to go back this year but only for this villa is booked for the period in question we would not have had any doubts in booking it.Terry and Carolyn were very helpful with the arranging of the villa and nothing was ever a problem.

“Perfect retreat at the end of a busy day!” Having chosen this property as it was the only one i found that did not back onto a whole square of identical properties, i was not disappointed. The nature preserve at the rear is just a lovely backdrop to what is a fantastic place to relax at the end of a tiring day in the parks of Orlando. The house is in an excellent location, very well equipped but also very homely and comfortable. To be honest the house was so fab, it changed the nature of our stay, we intended just using it as a place to get our heads down but in the end, it turned into the star turn of the whole holiday, the kids on a few occasions actually preferring to stay home than go to a theme park! Go figure!! We loved the alligator and seeing where he popped up each morning to say hi, we loved the pool and the hot tub, the pool table in the garage, everything really!! One unexpected highlight was the kids being able to go trick or treating around the neighbourhood on Halloween; they were made to feel so welcome by the local residents and that added a whole new dimension to our American experience. This was without doubt a much needed and very much enjoyed family holiday and we can't wait to return......but we probably won't bother with the Disney tickets next time!!!!!!!

“A super home from home..and much more!” We loved the amount of space in the villa because there were so many areas where one could relax and yet still share a holiday experience..plus 4 bedrooms! Sunbathing by the pool, swimming to get fitter, reading under the covered patio, drinking ones morning coffee while watching alligators and turtles through the screen! So many amazing memories, especially the early morning when hot air balloons flew at roof height over the villa and we could wave and smile to those above us!! Or the incredible wildlife we could see from the pool area, as we looked across the preserve at the rear of the property. Tearing ourselves away from the villa, it was an easy drive to visit the many parks, to dine out, to go shopping and generally explore Orlando and create our wonderful holiday memories! Knowing the villa was there at the end of a tiring and fun-filled day added to the pleasure of our Florida holiday. We definitely plan to stay there again, next time with our children and grandchildren because it will be a super base for our extended family!

“Stunning villa in a perfect location” This stunning villa has the 'wow' factor. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a large pool and hot tub to relax in after a tiring day at the parks. The pool is totally private and overlooks a lake and nature reserve, which is home to a variety of wildlife including turtles and gators. The villa is close to the Disney parks and a large number of restaurants and shops. I recommend this villa and will definitely book it again for our next trip to Orlando.

We just wanted to let you know we just arrived back home from our vacation in Florida. I not only wanted to tell you what a fantastic time we had playing with Mickey Mouse in Disney World, Kicking our heals in the sand on Cocoa Beach, Universal, Blizzard Beach, Islands of Adventure Etc., I also wanted to let you know that your home was absolutely beautiful!!!!!! The pictures on the site are great but it's better in real life. It is not far from any place (except the beach) but far enough out that we didn't have to pay the tourist prices that are around the theme parks. We took advantage of the pool several days and didn't do anything but lay around soaking up the sun. Which to me, was the best part of the vacation!
We really did have a good time and if the home is available next year, we will certainly be back!
Thanks again and I'm sorry for rambling, but just so much fun its hard to keep it short.

Just wanted to send you an email to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for a lovely stay in your wonderful villa. It exceeded all expectations and was a real blessing, especially as 4 days before our visit we had to attend Gareth's Dad's funeral. We weren't even sure we'd make the holiday as his Dad was in hospital for 2 weeks and nobody knew how long he would stay with us. So you can imagine that we weren't exactly in holiday mode. That's why your villa made such a difference. It was perfect.

Thanks also for the lovely welcome message and food (we owe you) and Easter gifts. Wow! So kind of you.

The villa itself was a lovely size and had all we needed, and we loved your decor, especially the lounge suite which we would love to have taken home! And what could be more special than looking out onto alligators, herons and turtles! AND we saw 3 raccoons in one stint of raccoon watching (I, Wendy, sat with my friend in the dining room watching for them! Passers-by must have wondered what we were doing!). We could have spent every day relaxing around the pool but we did manage to keep the children happy by doing the usual visits. Our 15 year old son is now a hardened roller coaster fan. He managed to do Sheikra 3 times on the trot on Easter Sun morning! The pool table also went down well with everyone.

So thanks once again for allowing us into your beautiful home in Westridge - probably the BEST in the whole area! If we ever return to Florida we will certainly look you up again (if you'd have us!).
