About the home

Our condo is located inside the Floridays Orlando Resort ON the world famous International Drive, where you’ll find the amenities of a world-class luxury hotel. The lushly landscaped 20-acre property offers holidaymakers everything they need to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing, business meetings, shopping or recreation.

Our condo is within 5 minutes drive away from Sea World and Universal Studio's, and within 10 minutes to all the Disney Parks. Grocery shops such as Publix and Walgreen are within walking distance and Walmart is 5 minutes from the resort, for the serious shopper there are the Premium Outlets, including Nike, Timberland, DKNY, GUESS, Tommy Hilfigher, Addidas and many more top designer labels at bargin bucket prices, (make sure you pick up your discount cards from the visitor centre or at reception) on International Drive and the Millenium Mall/MACY'S which is 10 minutes drive from the resort.

The condo, is located close to the pools, one of which has a beach area and kids play area. The condo has two double bedrooms with fitted closet space and two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi and walk in shower.

As part of a world class resort the facilities include 24/7 reception desk, concierge services, conference space, and grand pool including a beach with volleyball area. Guests have free access to the resorts state of the art fitness centre/gym, game room including the latest digital games and more.

The beautifully landscaped grand swimming pool complex is a highlight of the resort, with a lounge, plenty of sunbeds, and a deck area great for casual gatherings. The smaller, more private pool is ideal for lap swimming and sunbathing. You can also order a tall, tropical drink or lunch from the Pool Bar and Grill while kids splash in the nearby water-jet playscape and wading pool.

Need a snack or some last-minute necessities? The resort also includes a convenience store with groceries, toiletries, ATM machine and other essentials for your trip. The deli serves fresh sandwiches and light lunch items for a quick and delicious meal during the day.

Our condo is located on a lush, 20-acre resort on the world famous INTERNATIONAL DRIVE which is the centre of Orlando’s tourist and convention district and so making it the BEST and PREFERRED LOCATION for tourists and conventioners.

And best of all, the resort is within minutes of many Orlando's attractions, including Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal, the Convention Centres and more!

Our condo is located ON the world famous International Drive in Orlando, and is 15 minutes (12 miles/19.5km) drive away from Orlando International Airport. Flights are available through all the major airlines and if you have kids then I highly recommend Virgin. Flights and car hire can be booked through Sejal Patel at Travel Counsellors; on 02083718273 she got me and my family an excellent fly/drive deal.

Please note that tolls operate on some roads so have cash of at least $10.00 dollars as payment before you depart the airport.

“lovely apartment with every thing you need ,just like home” stayed in this appartment over christmas and new year, it is well keep and everything you need for a family. washer dryer dishwasher ect. plenty of room sleeps 8. close to all the parks and the shoping premiums iride just outside. great location for every thing. staff at resort very good and helpful. would stay here again in this appartment on next trip ..

“great location” great appartment, all you need for a family holiday. very comfortable beds and very clean. was given keys as soon as we arrived. pool area was clean and staff freindly. would book this appartment again.

“Good location” Very nice condo , Plenty of space Full size cooker ,dishwasher every thing you could need ,Ideal location, 2 pools. Nice Reception area .Would stay again if in orlando

“Excellent Place to Stay” Could not fault this place. When we walked into the resort we were greeted warmly by staff. They answered all our questions and were extremely helpful with helping us arrange transport nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 14 nights and when it was time to check out we had become so comfortable we did not want to leave. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which allowed us to cook our own meals even though there were plenty of options for dining out. Floridays is located in the heart of everything and anything that their is to do in Orlando. If you hire a car there is plenty of parking and if not the i-trolly stops right outside with stops all the way down the strip including Sea World, Aquatic, Wet an Wild, and all the shopping centres and restaurants. Very professional Resort. This resort is well looked after and looks immaculate. Well worth the rental - recommended.

The condo is fantastic and all the facilities are perfect. I will leave some comments on the holiday lettings website if i am able. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the breakfast at starbucks
was fab. Access to parks is super and the Publix was oneof the nicest supermarkets i have seen!
