One of the hidden gems of the Dalmatian hinterland, a small and picturesque village Svinšće offers one of the most unique accommodation in Croatia in great and peaceful surroundings. Villa Lipa, houses over 150 years old, renovated to the last detail, which is located only 11 km above the small town of Omis and 7 km above the beautiful canyon of the river Cetina. The house consists of three floors. On the ground floor there is a separate room where the large double bed, sofa bed, spacious bathroom, storage room for personal belongings, safe and LED TV. On the ground floor there is also authentic Dalmatian tavern with a fireplace where guests can prepare food by themselves or, if necessary, to order delivery food to taste. All guests have gift from owner Dalmatian smoked ham, wine and a great variety of self-made spirits and aperitifs. On the second floor of the house is a beautiful veranda with a large dining table with a mountain view. From the porch leads into the living room and dining room with kitchen, a small toilet, indoor stone fireplace and television. On the third floor, the top floor is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, LED TV, a bathroom and a small balcony with mountain views. All rooms are air-conditioned and provided with the Internet. From the courtyard, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain on one side, and the unique sunset.

How do damage deposits work?
